So, I absolutely LOVE your employees, and the small, yet mighty vape selection. I live very close by, and frequent often... WHY is the owner so stingy, that he STILL won't apply punch cards?! I am a very loyal customer, but will start going to Joe's, as they have such punch cards. Rewards keep people coming back.

Do not stand behind products.Bought two Funky Monkey brands last evening. My husband didn't try them first as he doesn't like them. One doesn't work and all they will do is give me $5.00 off a new one.Seriously, never used this brand before but will never go back to this smoke shop for anything.Advise others to choose one of the stores in town. If you can't stand behind your product why offer.

Went there two days ago and purchased about $200 worth of merchandise including a manual cigarette roller. Got home and opened it up and the handle was bent so it wouldn’t work. I had to go to work so I couldn’t go there so I returned the next day. The lady there said she couldn’t do anything about it and I had to talk to the manager and she wasn’t going to call him because she was mad at him for taking himself off the schedule that day. So I came in the following day and the manager said they have a no return policy no exchanges etc. we had to go through the manufacturer’s warranty. I was wanting to exchange it and upgrade to the electric machine because I felt the product I bought was of cheaper quality. The manager kept saying he couldn’t do anything. I said that I wouldn’t ever return to this store and as I was walking out of the store he was laughing at me and said something to which I can’t post. This place has no customer service in mind. Worst experience I’ve ever had at a retail store atmosphere.

Manager believes the company that makes all his cannabinoid products sucks and that all his products are somehow different. shows you how much he knows. you can get everything here for 1/10 the cost online. ever wondered why you are so broke. simple its because you shop here look into mixing your own e-liquid I got 2 liters and 10 flavors for $40 and its better than the flavor factory stuff. this company is a scam don't shop here its all front and no bite. as far as Glass look. for a custom maker I know many who will make anything into a piece for $10 why spend money on cheap china made glass when you can get a one of one piece for literal change. Support American and healthy lifestyles by avoiding this place like the plague.

I went there for the first time to grab a few cigars. There was only one person working typical during a pandemic. I was standing waiting patiently for 5 minutes no worries. But the blonde that was working there suddenly said if any is in a hurry there is the door go use it. So I used it and won’t be back. I understand staff shortages but to have one rude employee when no one was complaining about the wait. Poor.
