I overheard a female manager (Keena?) screaming and throwing around F Bombs at the poor service guys. They seemed pretty young. I would be really pissed off if that was my child. I am pissed off at the way that woman was treating those poor boys. I will not be back! That kind of managing and treatment of staff is unacceptable!!! Do better! Be better!!

2019 Ford Ranger needed the Adaptive Cruise Control Sensor recalibrated.New bumper put on and the sensor had to be relocated. The Service Advisor, Corey Cantu, was informed that the sensor would need to be leveled before calibrating.$100 and 1.5 hours laterSensor is not calibrated and they never bothered to level it prior.Just jump in with your computer and attempt to calibrate a sensor that is not level.Who does that?

I bought a used vehicle from them. After a day it had issues with check engine lights and things, everyone at Ford was so kind and helpful. They finally after multiple visits (the issue didn’t cooperate with us and check engine light coming on and off was hard to pinpoint) were able to fix the issues! Today I left there with my car running nice and so far no issues! I recommend and appreciate Joe from service. Who got the costs of these problems covered for me! Which being on a limited disabled income was super super appreciated! Thanks Ford!

Nothing like being lowballed, lied to, and pretty much called a liar. I went in with the intention of purchasing a vehicle in the 35-40k range. Walked out p&$@ed. Went to Chilsons and drove out with a brand new 2022 vehicle. EC Ford has lost my business forever

My rating is based on how this company treats their employees and how their pay is affected by customer feedback surveys. For any reason the customer is unhappy with any part of the buying experience even areas they have no control over their pay gets lowered. I believe people should be paid based on performance but when they have no control over the entire process yet being held responsible. Imagine being a poor struggling mom or dad trying to earn a living and then your paycheck is half of what you expect because of some other department caused a customer to be upset. I know present and past employees so my rating are based on real experience. The only reason I go here is is for a part if I was stranded broke down in the middle of the highway other than that I would order from Amazon. I will never buy a vehicle from this place.

They are very nice people. My truck had warranty issues. Got me a loaner car. Very nice but way to low for me. Called me with updates. Did a great job on the repairs.

I have been trying to get an oil change for two days at the Ford dealer Quick Change. Both days I was told the wait would be in excess of two hours. Yet one of the three service bays was empty. Not exactly a quick change. In addition the attendant who came out to speak to me seemed confused as to why I was there.

Eau Claire Ford Lincoln Quick Lane is awesome! I had my old vehicle serviced in the Quick Lane many times and in the main service drive as well. The advisors in the Quick Lane are great and always friendly! The “works†price is the best bang for your buck in Eau Claire! I'd been paying more at other local places for the same service. The Quick Lane advisors and main service advisors are not pushy, they give you the prices and let you decide how to spend your money. I also just leased a new vehicle and everyone in the sales and finance department were great! I told them what I could afford and they gave me all the options they could and were up front with the cost. The dealership is great all around, I would recommend anything from oil changes to buying a car there.

Took my truck there when the AC Compressor went out while I was in Eau Claire. Over $1000 to repair it, brought the truck home and short time later no AC again. Had to take the truck back in. About 1 month later and again, no AC. I have called several times to talk to them and they are always to busy to take a phone call, I have left several messages and have yet to receive a return call.

Bought a used RAM truck here. Diesel engine was serviced with the wrong parts - could have caused serious damage if my spouse wasn't knowledgeable about these things. Was told that even though our purchase was over $30,000 the company policy is to only give the buyer a 1/2 tank of gas. Many, many other complaints - wrote to the owner and didn't even get a reply. Maybe if you're buying a new Ford Lincoln your experience is different, but it seems if you are anyone else you are treated like a second class citizen.
