I happens to be driving by and the outside of the shop caught my attention immediately. Very eye catching! Floral arrangements are absolutely beautiful and I loved the different types of plants available. I bought a shirt and earrings for a gift.The ladies inside very kind and welcoming.

I'll never get over how rudely I was treated when purchasing a birthday bouquet, for my sister just weeks after her cancer diagnosis. I explained it would likely be one of her last birthday (it was) and I needed something special, the woman was cold and blank with me. I left feeling like such a bother to her. It's been 3 years and I still just won't ever be back to this place.

Orders flowers on-line for my wife. They were delivered the next day, the delivery driver was very polite and my wife can't get over how beautiful her flowers were. Top notch flowers and service.

This place has excellent customer service. I ordered flowers for a loved one at the Mayo clinic without realizing that they can't get flowers in the ICU. The florist and delivery person both followed up with me and went the extra mile over 2 whole days to make sure that the flowers were delivered as soon as it became possible, to the rehab facility. I was so pleased with the care and effort. Also, unlike other shops, the pricing at the website is transparent. Another place offered free delivery and then asked for a $30 service fee. The price advertised on the Eau Claire floral website is the REAL price. I appreciate the honesty.

I needed a funeral floral display. I requested flowers to be added to the plant garden they had on display. The result was spectacular. The price was very reasonable. I highly recommend EC Floral.

Ordered flowers and less than 3 hours later they were delivered. I received a phone call letting me know how delivery went, which was greatly appreciated. The flowers are absolutely stunning. Defiantly recommend!

Went there to try and figure out what to do for a bridal bouquet.Stopped in here because I know they have been in Eau Claire forever and I wanted to support locally.From walking in I didn’t like the vibe.The look we got just wasn’t very friendly and then the service on top of that was horrible.When most people come to a floral shop it’s not something they do on a Daily basis, and I’m sure may brides go in with some ideas and looks for the florist to help out.I had an idea of the route I wanted to go but wasn’t set and stone.When asking for advice it almost seemed as it was an inconvenience, that it was d*** for me to be asking.The process of the process wasn’t even talked about, and then the helpfulness was not there by any means, would truly not recommend this place to anyone. And it’s sad I use to go there for my flowers and just pick up, but I’ll find else were from now one.I understand times are hard and life is stressful but if your going to be in customer service you treat the people that enter your store all equally and with respect and the willingness to help, and that was not this at all.

A couple of days ago, I called and ordered a bouquet for my Mom who is in the hospital. This sweet lady helped me with everything. My mom was thrilled with her flowers. She said the nurses were coming in to look at the beautiful bouquet. I will always use you for my flower needs. Thank you so very much.

These people will absolutely not go out of their way to help you Apparently they must not need the business to turn people away 3 days from when the flowers are needed.
