I was having a hard time finding the correct replacement bulb for my salt lamp which I purchased at Earthbound. The staff member was so helpful and knowledgeable about the salt lamps. I was given a new cord and bulb at no charge. They work perfectly. The bulb illuminates my lamp so much better! Thanks for the great customer service!

I loved so many things here however I can't believe the way I was treated by staff. I had been browsing and picked out a few items to buy when I jokingly asked my wife about a necklace that said 666 that's description read an angelic number associated with positivity and balance. I said doesn't that number represent the devil in a very quiet manner. The manager of the store then very loudly from behind the register said that if I was going to talk badly about there store then I was going to have to leave. I said I wasn't and was just asking my wife her opinion and he said once again that disrespecting the store wasn't going to be tolerated. I was flabbergasted and when I asked an associate for his name as he was the manager she told me they are not required to tell me anything and that's that. So I left but it was a really awkward and bad experience I won't be going back there... very strange way to support customer service and your right to an opinion

They like to not give people their money back after returns, even after 4 DAYS, with a return that had a receipt.

Great place to shop if you're in need of some spiritual juju. Apparel, crystals, jewelry. Was in search for a Jet crystal yet, Laura was very helpful with another Crystal of Blue Kyanite that I was looking for.
