We went to down to earth to buy shrubs and trees. I can not say how wonderful the service is!!! The young lady that assisted us was so knowledgeable and helpful. Then we got home and I was reviewing receipts and found are mistake and called to let them know the problem. The fantastic manager had the problem fixed in moments. Again can not say how wonderful the service is!!! And the trees and stubs are really good quality stock also ?

I visited yesterday 5/18/23. The greenhouse has good quality service and plants. I was asked if I needed help at least 3 times which amazed me. And I was led to the plants I was looking for instead of being given confusing directions. They have a lot of stock to look at—although it is relatively early in the season. Also, the cafe has excellent food. If I lived closer I would want to eat there at least once a week. (I had the pesto chicken sandwich. My mouth is watering just thinking about it.) I will say they greenhouse and the cafe are not the cheapest, but you pay for quality and service. I think the prices are reasonable for those reasons.

We had Down to Earth come out and build a gorgeous back yard patio for us. For some reason it isn't letting me upload any photo's but they are stunning. Mike and Andrew came and worked for a few weeks on perfecting our backyard vision. They also worked with us on building a custom water feature, a fire pit area, and used large stones to create steps down from the patio. They also mulched, added a ton of trees and plants, and hydroseeded the spots they needed too, and came back this spring to plant some specialty trees. Dominic and his wife Lindsey also helped create our vision. Lindsey used a 3d map to help figure out exactly what we wanted and Dominic and the team executed it. Again, I couldn't be happier and I really feel like we had the best in Eau Claire work on our property. Thanks again Down to Earth!

An absolutely awesome garden center! The owners are fantastic people to work with and their employees are top notch. We had them redo our landscaping last fall and they hit it out of the park. The colors of the perennials are perfectly timed in their blooming that there is always color and green to enjoy! Thank you Down to Earth!

Nate, Sully, and Aiden were all very helpful, friendly, and well spoken. We really enjoyed their help! They did our landscaping exactly how we imagined it! We couldn’t recommend them enough! Had a wonderful experience! Staff were incredibly helpful when picking out plants, were very knowledgeable and kind. Paige was particularly helpful and made us a wonderful display using plants we selected. Definitely coming back! Thanks again for all the help!!
