Me and my sister went to the cvs off Hastings in Eau Claire Wi and one of the employees a man took one look at us and as he was originally putting merchandise on shelf's he then put his merchandise in the back and proceeded to follow me and my sister around the store making us very uncomfortable to the point I didn't say to his face really put to my sister so he could hear would be nice if he would let us do our shopping without feeling uncomfortable and after 2 more times making it known to him that he was making us uncomfortable and him not stopping, my sister and I decided to leave the store and will no longer shop at cvs there anymore . Completely disrespectful and uncalled for. 0 stars rude ass cvs employee should be taught some damn respect and how not to stalk ur customers while they shop . Had to select one star otherwise it would not submit

If I could give 0 stars I would! Also teued every other pharmacy but this was the only one that had the medication we needed. They leave people on hold for 15+ minutes and answer other calls out of line from when people call. They also never called the other pharmacy to have the Rx transferred and never even had a record if it! Their prices are also outrageous! Better off at either at Hyvee or Walmart!

I am never going to receive medication through Target Pharmacy again. I got to the desk, the guy at the desk left two women in charge- who were nice enough. The lady said "Can I see your card?" Which was on my phone with my information on it, to get the medication. The second lady who entered the information, was like:"Do I put it on his moms card?" I had my mother on all throughout a phone call at this point, just to guide me on through. I called my mom on the phone, whilst this was going on, we transferred back and forth between employees, until it got to a point- and the doctor on the other end was like- "I don't do mom calls." Even as I was telling the people at the desk specifically what my mom wanted me to do, the information would not cross into their computer, so the guy just gave me 10 days worth of medicine and I paid the money, walking off to then go buy some food.

Wish I could give 0 stars. Worst customer service EVER! Wouldn't recommend this pharmacy to anyone. Woman claimed I wasn't set up for text alerts (which I was) after I called and complained of not knowing my prescription was supposedly "expired".

So first off this is the worst pharmacy with the most incompetent people I have ever meet and to prove my point I asked one employee one question about my insurance and there process he made up some far fetched answer I had my girlfriend go on and speak with a different employee and they gave her a different answer also the also there rude always rude if you don't like working with people get another job the one pharmacist that use to work there was amazing but with the poison I'm sure I know why he left to make it at a new pharmacy

I've been going to this pharmacy since it opened. I will say the service was kind of sketchy when they took over all the Shopko business. Of late , I've been helped often by Carol B. She has completely made my experiences both in the store and drive through pleasant ones. I'm sure they are busy and stressed but she is both professional and cheerful. She has a positive attitude and demeanor . I don't know what trainings you offer but she should be used as an example . I work in service and I appreciate her 1000%. I don't know what her background is but if I could, I would steal her away for my business. Thank you Carol B for being part of the solution.

I switched to a prescription plan where I needed to use CVS. Not a big deal. I could drive further if I needed to. I would miss having prescriptions delivered or dropping by Walgreens for the ones that I needed right away. First rattle out of the box, they've tried to refill the blood pressure medicine three different times even though I've already picked it up. Twice I've had to recall the doctor to get a prescription called in again as they can't find it. I've been on the phone 30 minutes now to see if they have the latest prescription before I drive all the way across town again. The last time I gave up and came home. The prescription got filled the next day. I'll figure out a different prescription plan and pharmacy next time or do without. Not worth the hassle at all.

Pharmacy is slower than molasses. I go to pick up my gabapentin an hour after my psychiatrist calls it in and it's not until another 1.5 hours after that it's ready. Please, for the love of god, get more employees.

Let me premise this with why I went to this CVS: my dog is almost completely blind and she needed specific drops to help reduce the pressure (dog headaches/migraines). I left the vets office and went to CVS immediately with the prescription. I waited for a technician and gave them the script. It was a younger male who seemed to be either a new hire or an intern of sorts because it seemed he did not know what the process was. As it was for my dog, she did not have a CVS profile so he asked the women behind the counter if he is supposed to attach it to an account, which they said it did. He then asked me if I had an account and I told him my wife did. He find her profile and said they would contact us when the prescription was in since they don't stock those drops. I then left. 4 weeks to the day go by and I figured I should go in to find it what is going on. Thankfully, I had taken my dog to her specialist appointment and purchased drops there so she was without drops for about 2 weeks but I still had the other medication going onto her eyes. I went into the CVS and waited to speak with the pharmacist. She was pleasant and I asked her where the medication was. She hammered at the computer for a couple of minutes until finally I asked "is there an issue" to which she responded with "we don't carry that medication and the warehouse would have ordered it". The she asked me for my number. I found that odd and asked "so wait a minute, if you don't have a number on that profile for my dog then how would you contact us when the meds were in?" I then informed her to NOT order that medication if it's not already on order. I also informed her that it was unsatisfactory to not have protocols in place to ensure accuracy and communication processes in place for every/any order. I then reminded her that The male asked them questions about attaching it to a members account and got the answers from the women behind the counter. She stated "I know that you are going to walk away with a negative view of this experience but is there anything that I can do to improve it?", which I answered "pets are family and when family suffers because a business can't do its job then that is unsat and the fact that there are no protocols in place for orders and communication then that tells me what I need to know". Once again, another organization that knows people rely on them for specific support and gets let down. The young lady was nice and knew they had messed up yet what is their solution? I doubt that because of my situation they will take the time to implement changes to their protocols to ensure it happens to no one else. I also doubt they lost a lick of sleep that my dog could have been suffering all of that time awaiting the medication (even though it was more expensive through CVS to start with since we purchased the last prescription through them....that's right, they had already filled a prescription months ago for the same medication! For the same dog!). My solution: across the street is Walgreens and they have a pharmacy. Plus, her specialist already informed me that I can now order it through them directly and they can send it to my house directly or get it filled through any of the local pharmacies. Should one experience be cause for me to never shop there again? If this was the first filling of the script I would chalk it up to a simple mistake. But this was the second time I was filling the script for the same dog. It seems that organizations know that they will be utilized by people because of location so little care is actually applied to processes and SOPs. If they do this for my dogs medications then what are they doing to the copious amounts of customers who rely on their medications and require them to arrive in a timely fashion. I only wish there were negative stars to rate such as: never going back!

Management at this store really does not care. Used my Medicare Supplement Insurance Company rather than Medicare as they should have when billing my medication. A $3 prescription became $43. They should have known but their attitude was they really did not care. Took two hours on the phone and 2 additional trips to their store to resolve the problem. Mistakes are made but what ticked me off was the "I really don't care" attitude. Walgreens is so much better.
