My laptop was showing a message about calling an 800 number from Microsoft and he was able to assess the situation as soon as I opened the laptop to show him , they cleaned all the viruses on the computer and made it faster. I will soon bring my phone because the screen is broken and I I know that they will be able to fix it.Thank you tctecks”

“The employees here did a wonderful job! I came here for a battery replacement for my iPhone 8. When I called to schedule an appointment, they were willing and able to fit me in with less than a 3 hour notice despite having a very outdated device. Sydney did a great job walking me through the check in process and explaining everything to me even though I am not very knowledgeable about electronics. Tyler, the technician, did a wonderful job fixing my phone, I have zero complaints. He even helped instruct me on ways to help prolong my phone’s battery. I found their price to be reasonable since it’s clear to see they are experts that know what they are doing and are very thorough with their evaluation and repair. If I ever have any other problems with my Apple products, I’ll definitely make sure to come back here.”
