“I was having a hard time finding the correct replacement bulb for my salt lamp which I purchased at Earthbound. The staff member was so helpful and knowledgeable about the salt lamps. I was given a new cord and bulb at no charge. They work perfectly. The bulb illuminates my lamp so much better! Thanks for the great customer service!”

“Mix and match buy one get 1 $10.. blah.. we brought up 2 items different colors and were told they were excluded.. so bought one for $30.. (full price) Went home and went on their website and everything is 40% off, so ordered the same jacket, and a sweater for less than the cost of the one item previously made. **The buy online pick up in store experience was wonderful though! ** So just make sure you are getting the best deal, check website before buying in store.. doing the same day instore pickup saved me $30. The ladies working were wonderful.”
