We went into Classics looking for light fixtures that go together for our open concept living space (entryway, living room, dining area, and kitchen). We also had a budget to stay within. The employees stepped in, listened to our needs (budget, style, etc), and guided us to what our options could be. They had a wide variety of styles within our price range to choose from!! The employees shared ideas and truly helped us pick out what we got! We had a really great experience working with Classics, and the design service was so so helpful to us. We will definitely go back to Classics when we are ready to get more furniture to fit our style!!

Our building purchased $30,000 worth of furniture from Classics for our Community Room 3 years ago. Within 6 mos. the chairs (at $430 each) were separating and had become very dangerous for the residents. Classics, at that time, took a few of the chairs back to the warehouse and basically glued them together but did not add any additional support so the chairs fell apart within a few months...again. I called and complained that I had 9 chairs that people could no longer sit on. The sales person picked up the 9 chairs and said they would send them back to the manufacturer and they would glue them again. I let her know that had been done before and unless additional support was added to the chairs~they would fall apart again. She said that to add that support would be an additional cost of $80 per chair. We have already paid $430 per chair ($30,000 TOTAL) so I said "no"~we weren't paying. I asked that they be brought back to my building as even though they picked them up 3 weeks before to ship to manufacturer~they had never been shipped. I felt that Classics should stand behind their products but they did not and I am not paying additionally for a product that shouldn't fall apart in 6 mos. I will never do business with Classics again.

I am sorry I have not done this years ago, since this is the first place I go when I am even thinking of something I need, no that is "want". Amy is so helpful, knowledgeable, about anything you are looking for. The best is how they stand behind anything they sell. You will never go wrong going there first.

Better quality, better service. Its nice to have a good furniture store right here rather than driving to the cities.
