Sales Manager (Jean Chilson) and Salesman (Chris) are the two most rudest, inpatient, condescending individuals around. They both have zero patients. Sales manager proceeded to inform me that I was playing a game with them and they would no longer sell me a new Subaru, all because I was on the phone with insurance agent getting my quote being insurance company is not open on Saturdays. I guess if that's what it takes for Chilson Subaru to push you away. Than hey I guess they don't stand behind their moto "Let our family take care of your family" If you want to be treated with respect as a human, than avoid Chilson Subaru.

“Never have any parts on hand”. Called couple of times on different occasions asking if they had any parts on hand and the guy always answer “not on hand” without looking or even typing it in the computer.

Never ever buy a car at Chilson Subaru. I did. It's only 2 years old and needs new brakes and rotors. I only bought a used car instead of a new car, because there was a shortage of vehicles due to COVID. The car has electrical issues as well (passenger seat light comes on and off, trunk gate jams, USB ports that charge the phone turn off and on, windows get stuck going down, radio turns on and off by itself and locks up). Totally unacceptable. It has a warranty, but still. I've owned the car for 8 months. Chilson refuses to take responsibility and even apologize. Things like this never happen at Markquart Motors or Sears Imports. I complained to the State inspector, and they retaliated and threated my mother to call the state and withdraw the complaint or they would not do the repairs. I then filed another complaint for retaliation. I will definitely be calling Subaru's Corporate Office. STAY AWAY FROM CHILSON SUBARU LIKE THE PLAGUE. Hopefully the state inspector will fine them.

I had been searching for a hitch for my 2021 Subaru Ascent. When I called Chilson, they let me know that they had stock. I ordered online in the afternoon, and it shipped out the next day. Received the hitch in 4 business days from Wisconsin to St Louis MO. Great service and a friendly staff. When searching for other accessories for my vehicle, I will definitely be talking to Chilson again.

I bought a new Subaru Outback a year ago. I went on vacation for three weeks with my other vehicle. I came home and the battery is dead on my Subaru. I call the service department at Chilson and they tell me it is NORMAL for the battery to go dead if the car isn't driven in three weeks. I called the salesman who sold me the car and he tells me it isn't normal! If it was they'd be jump starting cars on the lot all the time. Who do they think they are feeding this line of b******* to? My other vehicle, a Mercedes van sits all winter for five months and it starts first time every time. I can see their service department is NOT TO BE TRUSTED!

Went here to trade in a vehicle for something with lower miles 3 weeks ago. Was told exactly how much we needed to put down along side the vehicle. Brought the check when we went to pick up the vehicle, and found out the amount we were told was over by $100, and we would have the $100 returned to us in the mail. This never happened. Vehicle also has a squeak that will not go away, even though their mechanics inspected the vehicle prior to us purchasing and gave it the green light. Would not recommend this dealership.

Bought a used vehicle from them and was assured vehicle was thoroughly inspecpected but now that I'm just out of the limited warranty period I'm having issues with the suspension. Will not recommend to anybody.

The staff I was working with was good, she was nice. Her boss was rude, talked and barely looked at me and you can tell he did not want to talk, Jeff. The lady that took my paperwork to to process and had me signed everything was rude, Cindy. Yelled at me and talked to me like I was d*** and all I wanted was to be careful and made sure everything went right. My first time and last time. Management there needs more work.

I ordered something that would not have worked without additional parts, but a staff member contacted me and made sure I got what I needed. It was quick and easy to do the exchange. I will be ordering from them again.
