He explained well the phone, the plan, not in his control, but lack of phones other than s24 was surprising as well as choice of covers for 24plus. Liked the location not busy and much more friendly .

I stopped by Verizon Because I was locked out of my email. Joel quickly and efficiently restored my email and also made me aware that for just a few dollars I could have unlimited data, which I took. Very good experience in customer service.

I would give it 0 stars. Had them for a very long time. Absolutely 0 customer service. They will lie to you flat out and then refuse to acknowledge it later. If you don’t believe me call them and say you are a customer and see how long it takes to get some one on the line. Been lied to multiple times finally got sick of it and left. T Mobil is much better, cheaper, and better coverage.

As good as it can get! I had my iPhone 12 for some time, no issues. But, with most technology it was time for an upgrade. I checked all the Verizon store’s reviews and this was the one.
The service was stellar and Joel is the best - ever! He had everything that I needed and made certain that I was getting the best price. Far better than I expected. Trouble-free set-up. Everything transferred flawlessly from my old phone and I was done in no time. Just when I thought it couldn’t have went better, Joel called the next morning to check-in and make sure all was well!
This location has my 100% 5 star endorsement! Thanks again Joel!
