I can understand the low satisfaction rate. Unfortunately, there is nothing lower than one star. We have had accounts there for decades and could not believe the attitudes of the snowflakes we had to deal with. What the Hell happened?? Can't even walk in to send a wire, have to schedule an appointment days ahead of when it needs to be sent. Absolutely awful and shameful you need an appointment for something that takes less than 5 minutes. Wouldn't recommend this place at all, absolute garage after they purchased Bank Mutual

Everyone I've dealt with at this bank has bad attitudes, and when you call them they talk to you like you're a problem and not a customer, then hang up on you promptly.
