I'm sure it's a pretty nice place for most people. But my experience going in there was not the best. It didn't seem very welcoming, friendly or motivated.

I was very pleased with the service I received today. Sunday, July 4th and my truck decided to throw a code that told me I needed to replace the spark plugs and wires. I called to see if they were open and the manager told me he was there doing paperwork and would be there until noon, or later if I wouldn't have been able to make before then. I really appreciate his willingness to offer customer service that goes above and beyond, and they have earned my future business.

They have what you need to repair your vehicle at a reasonable price. A large selection of parts even engine rebuilds what ever engine you have they can get it. Noligable parts people to help you with your vehicle.

Great service with plenty of knowledge. I been going there for 18 years, which includes the 'Bumper to Bumper ' name. Same staff stayed and I would recommend them 1st for auto parts.

For the life of me I couldn't get my Nanas wiper blades on. no matter the brand I couldn't figure it out. I stopped over and Uriah (not sure on the spelling sorry) Not only figured out what the issue was but Installed them for us after he did. We have stopped at 3 other places and no help. The guys there are always so great. Best service I have ever got from a Auto parts place. Thank you guys!! They always help any time I need. this was just one example :)

They usually price match but most of there parts are spendy. There are always good with service and very informative. The new Andy in the shop could be more user friendly.
