“I never write reviews but decided it was necessary. I wasn't able to get into Rick's Service Center the week my vehicle had a light come on for my transmission and AWD. It was also making a loud rattling noise. I decided to take my SUV to another mechanic shop who said I needed a new engine. The mechanic then wanted to buy my SUV for scrap. I ended up taking my SUV to Rick's Service Center and they actually took the time to look into the issue. They were able to fix my issue for $1,100 instead of at least $9k for a new engine with another mechanic shop. I will only be going to Rick's Service Center. There is a reason why they have such great reviews. Great work!”

“The people that work here are fantastic. Not once was I pressured or hounded into buying a vehicle or upgrading a protection plan. They went well over the extra mile to make sure I could drive off the lot the same day with the vehicle I wanted.
Nathan and Drew were beyond patient and courteous in helping us. Due to my poor planning they had to put in some extra work and they were more than happy to do so.

“Contacted Rick and set up an appointment to do front struts and sway bar bushings on my 2008 Jeep Grand Cherokee. Dropped it off before Affordable Auto opened and waited for my call back. Around 2:30 Rick called and said my Jeep was done. Picked up after 4 and immediately heard and felt the difference soon as I pulled out of the lot. No sound in the front end and no shaking when I hit a bump.
New struts replacing the original struts made a great difference. Thanks to Rick and Affordable Auto for doing great work at a reasonable cost.

“It’s always been a great experience here, but the last time I came for an oil change I had to wait about 15 minutes to pick my car up after I left. When I came back both of the guys at the desk were pitching some sales to two women and they both acted like I wasn’t there. I had to literally walk up and lean against the counter to get one of the male’s attention. Reminds me a lot of the Mall Drive location.”
