“We were on our way from Milwaukee to Lutsen, MN on December 26. My car’s engine light came on in Black River Falls and the car was shaking badly. I looked up AutoZone and we made it to the one in Eau Claire. The young guy there did the diagnostics on my car and sold me some Sea Foam motor treatment to clean out the engine and assured me everything would be fine. We made it to Lutsen and back to Milwaukee the following week with no issues. We had an amazing trip thanks to the helpful guy at AutoZone in Eau Claire!!”

“Jonathan always friendly, courteous and respectful. I recently had work done elsewhere and was appalled at the outcome.(I was in 2 accidents within a week. It had a 5 star rating, even.) Audi actually fixed a major problem within minutes, (the other establishment was over 2 weeks and STILL hadn’t fixed) also discovered a serious neglect that the ‘elsewhere’ work order said was done but in fact wasn’t! Thanks to Audi’s video, the omission was VERY obvious and shouldn’t have been checked off as complete.
The final charge was very reasonable especially considering they saved me from a probable roadside breakdown.
I’ve worked with the men and women there since 2017. They’ve always been professional, respectful AND thorough. I’ve always been thrilled with my final outcome. Frankly, they’re also reasonably priced compared to other local maintenance companies! They were even able to fix a minor emergency right on the spot a couple months back, with no charge at all! I really can’t say enough! I’m a happy customer!”
“Went to get a 3.5 l EcoBoost V6 for a 2015 Ford Explorer as our spun rod bearing out of the blue. The first engine they got me I was quoted 7 to 10 days it showed up in three excitedly I took it home toward apart to put a new water pump oil pump front and rear main seal and timing chains in. However upon disassembly I found at the timing was already loose and slapping and I decided to return the motor and get one that would hopefully be in better shape. The second engine they got me had less miles on it and upon disassembly I found it to be in very good internal condition they managed to get me an engine with 20,000 less miles on it for the same price as the initial engine due to the timing being off on the first engine that they provided me luke at the front counter was absolutely awesome and worked with me every step of the way to ensure that I got exactly that what I needed and that it was a quality product. Absolutely five stars for making it right. After the first engine I was rather worried but getting me an engine with 20,000 less miles and ensuring that I wasn't charged anything extra was above and beyond I really appreciate the excellent customer service that I was provided from Luke at Remington.”

She answered enthusiastically and met me at the door to check my car to ensure we had the right part. THEN she helped me replace my key FOB battery - which I believe is above and beyond service! AND IT GETS BETTER! I had a question that required her going back out to my car, and she was happy to do so. She answered my questions with accuracy and kindness.
