“Ive had complaints about this location in the past, but they have corrected nearly all those issues. Good variety of yarn stock replenished frequently. Most employees are engaging and want to help, but that is where the one complaint stands. There are still employees who don't care about customer service. They have employees that don't bother to put your information for the rewards and when you bring it up, like I did today spending nearly $100 (small purchase for me), they refuse to go back and enter it because they already skipped it. Fix that problem with your employees and I will change to 5 stars”
