I absolutely LOVE Accurate Automotive! Tami (the owner) and her staff are very professional and they truly care about providing great service to their customers. It's clear that Tami is experienced, having worked in the automotive industry for a long time. Accurate Automotive's services are fairly priced and the work they do is top-notch!
I've struggled to find a mechanic in Eau Claire who is transparent and customer service oriented, so I was so happy to find Accurate Automotive. They recently replaced the brake pads and rotors on our car and they were able to provide us a quote right away and get us in quickly. And Tami was a delight to work with!
It's really great to have a woman-owned auto repair shop in our city. I highly recommend Accurate Automotive to anyone looking for great customer service, knowledgeable people working on your car, and fair pricing!

I was in the market for an oil change. They were extremely affordable and were able to get my vehicle done in a timely fashion. Additionally, their service quotes seem to be quite competitive for the eau claire area! I would definitely recommend this shop for any kind of vehicle service.

Tammy and her guys are life savers. They do good, efficient work, and take pride in what they do. I came in with an unrealistic schedule and they made it work, even stayed late to make sure everything was perfect. Definitely give these guys a call if you need a brake job.

I was in Eau Claire for business. I was very happy that they were able to provide routine maintenance to my company vehicle. I met the extremely friendly assistant manager, Lily. The customer interaction was fantastic. However, the mechanic did not properly fasten the Oil Access Panel on my Toyota RAV4. The panel partially came off and was dragging along the intestate. Thank goodness it did not come all the way off and damage or cause injury to border vehicle or driver. Of it had cane off, it could have easily decapitated a motorcyclist. I called and explained this to Accurate Automotive, the receptionist took my phone number BUT NO CALL EVER CAME. The Oil Access Panel cannot be purchased separately. Therefore, I had to purchase a completely new undercarriage shield. This shield costs over $310.00. Good customer service deemed this business at least call me to apologize and pay for the shield/damages. I have told every single person I know, the Toyota dealership (where I had to purchase the part), and my regular mechanic about this experience. My regular mechanic was flabbergasted that Accurate Automotive did not offer to pay for the damage because it was entirely their fault. The Toyota dealership, of course, stated they hear this all the time and to always have your vehicle maintained by a "reputable" auto mechanic. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT utilize this business.

Owner Tami is absolutely wonderful, as she goes above and beyond to show care/understanding & to help in every way possible. By far the best experience I've ever had with getting my tires replaced, and then getting a few other necessary repairs done on my vehicle. Amazing service, and would recommend to anyone!

As a stranger and non resident of Eau Claire Wisconsin, i came to work in Eau Claire and Brought my car to their shop yesterday to help me fix my coolant tank leak, despite my plea to the attendant to please help me that I don’t want to drive the car like that back to Minneapolis due to the risk. I agreed to drop the car early in the morning and the lady told me she would tried and helped me but might be later in the evening. She later called me at 4:45 pm that they checked my car that nothing is wrong with the coolant tank, I was so happy and I appreciate the work they did but not knowing she lied to me. I found out that they didn’t do anything on my car when I got there to pick my car. The attendant woman wasn’t honest and wasted my time, if I known I would have taken the car to different auto shop.

Parked my truck to pick up a package at the UPS store, walked out to my truck and it was dead as a door mail. Went into Accurate Auto and Tammy said “we can put a new one in now”. Twenty mins later it was done. Thanks for the great service!Service: Auto battery replacement
