I ordered a saddle pad from them online. It must have been mislabeled because it wasn't remotely close to fitting the 15” saddle i ordered for-would have fit my 18”. They charged me shipping on the return which wasn’t fair given that the sizing was so off. Dont order sized items online unless you ask them to double check measurements

Can't say enough wonderful things about the Customer Experience at West 20!!! Julie & Scott are Super Knowledgeable about saddles, tack, & hats. They are truly committed to helping anyone fit a saddle that is just right for them and their horse.
The store is filled with great clothing and the staff cares about helping you find just the right boots and gear for your needs in an attentive & patient way.
Spending time at West 20 is a treat. The team comes to you with my highest recommendation.
Really looking forward to returning to West 20 to take in some of the summer horse shows.

If you want anything to do with horses this place is SUPER and loaded with merchandise. Probably on line but not sure. Customer service was superior.

This place is fun! Has a ton of good tack and western wear. Selfishly would love to see more “cow stuff” since my wife’s the horse whisperer and I’m the cattle guy ?. On a serious note, this is a unique and fun place to visit for sure. Will be back again for sure.

I recently purchased a new saddle from West 20. Scott showed me several saddles that would fit my horse, I sat in quite a few saddles and picked the RW Bowman Working A Fork saddle. I just returned from a week of rounding up cattle, riding 6+ hours a day in the mountains of Colorado. I am extremely happy with my new saddle and so is my horse.
