I was so pleased with the extra attention I got this morning. I have a dress shirt that was a wrinkled mess and have a flight out in the morning for a wedding. The staff were so wonderful getting my item in last second. Really friendly not at all put off with my crazy request.

I brought my wedding dress in on Tuesday, July 16th to get cleaned after my wedding on July 13th. I called about 3 weeks later checking in and a lady answer saying it has not been cleaned yet.

very poor customer service. coupon policy is not clear and they make up exclusions that are not stated on their signage. I called to get an explanation and was told "it's Saturday and we are very busy. we don't make up the signs or the rules. we gave you a discount that you shouldn't have received so we are not giving you the Jolly Tokens. do you want to call the owners?" no thank you. I'll help you out by reducing your customer demand. I will drive out of my way and take my business elsewhere and possibly be appreciated for my business and not be told "well most people should know that."

It's your typical dry cleaning joint. They do, however, give you coupons for your next visit so that they can try to retain customers. I think that's a great idea. The items are returned in a clean state and blankets and such are put in a bag so that you don't ruin them on the way home. Nothing special, but nothing negative either.
