Rhode’s helped us out in a pinch. Battery wouldn’t start so they came to the rescue. Todd was super friendly and knowledgeable. 10/10 would recommend these guys, they’re great!

What a useless place, Came in for a front end alignment because I don’t have any even ground and my steering was pulling. Tried to sell me new parts and refused service, but still charged me 50$ for looking at my truck. Not even mentioning the rude looks and horrible attitudes. The ladies looked like they were mad I walked in, even though i made an appointment. So i went home and found a flatish spot in the grass, all it needed was a little tire rod adjustment, just a couple turns and i was good on my 1,200 round mile trip to Missouri. Y’all should just stick to towing

Absolutely HORRIBLE towing service! The lady that arrived to tow my car had the absolute worst attitude! I had a nail in my tire so Lexus Roadside Assistance is the one who connected me to Rhode’s Towing. The woman was very rude and mean. She also complained several times about having to drive all the way to the Lexus dealership. That’s YOUR JOB! Awful customer service! Absolutely awful! On top of that she ruined the front grill of my car, you can see the attached pictures. I watched her drive it up the tow ramp angrily and my car was slammed into the metal. Thank God I stood outside the entire time and I watched her do it so I made a call instantly to file a complaint!!!!! Furthermore, the Lexus dealership themselves made a complaint and statement saying when the woman arrived with my vehicle she had some serious attitude.

Needed a tow and John did amazing! Got the job done quick! Great attitude and was always positive even though the tow was during a rain storm! So glad he was the one to help me!

Rhode’s Towing and the Village of East Troy Police department towed my van (where it was street parked) when there weren’t any “no parking” signs and said it was posted online not to park there which is insufficient under the Wisconsin statue.
In addition, they charged me for towing for less than a mile and left me stranded with 2 small children without informing me that they had taken my van.
Update, here is a picture from the opposite way. The signs have to be posted and visible.”

Ryan was great! He was super knowledgeable and very pleasant to work with. We had a nightmare with the AAA tow truck that was sent out the night before but Ryan with Rhode’s was prompt and got it done for us with no hesitation. Thank you, Ryan!

Decided to cancel after being 1.5 hours late and didn't have the guts to let me know.
Stupid AAA booked these guys again the following day. They cancelled AGAIN without any notice.

Rhode's came out to fulfill a call to AAA. I was greeted by the tow driver, a young lady, who took care of my call. She was courteous, knowledgable and punctual. Highly recommend.

I recently had some frame work done.
Mark Rhode and his worker Sam inspected my issue and quickly diagnosed the problem and confidently derived a solution. They expeditiously completed the job ahead of schedule.
