I highly recommend stopping in and picking up..well pretty much anything they have to offer. You can tell John is passionate for what he does. Stopping in you'll find a variety of frozen and fresh meats as well as farm eggs and other goods. There's always something new to try. John will also offer up the best way to cook their products and they turn out perfect every time. Some of the best sausages and bacon I've had.

They have good recomendations on how to use their ingredients. Pre-made soups are good. They maintain stock of other local products.

We stopped here on a Friday afternoon, on a whim. We had one of the best burgers ever that night. Brats were also excellent. Friendly and knowledgeable fellow at the counter. We’ll definitely make special trips to go back.

Once you try their Sous Vide ribs you will never go anywhere else simply the best tastiest Meats on planet earth, I can also proclaim the sous vide new York strip the absolute best steak I have ever eaten in my life. Everything they produce is top quality with old world flavors that only come from their dedication and love of producing nothing but the best tummy pleasing Meats you will ever find anywhere. Little out of the way but I promise it's worth the trip no matter where you live you can trust me when I say you'll be back once you taste the best.

Beyond impressed. The lady who served me was so kind and helpful, the store was immaculate and everything is a great price. The food is amazing, and the traceability of the meat is fantastic.100000% Recommend.

The people here offer the freshest meat products. When handling the sausages, I could feel the authenticity and freshness. I drove an hour from IL to shop here for the first time because I had used their bacon to make some bacon wrapped wild shrimp from Georgia and it was delicious. Elena is/was awesome. She was very patient and explained every product with clarity. This place will be my go to place for sausages/brats.

Been eating these brats n hot dogs since I was old enough to eat them, so about twenty years. They are the juiciest, best flavor, fresh. I've traveled across the country, out of the country. Nothing beats his sausages. It's a staple for our family's cookouts in the summertime, never has ever dipped in quality, even though Johnny is no longer with us sadly.My Grandpa is on the way to get some for our family for Labor Day weekend as we speak
