Excellent venue. I'd suggest seating if you want to be guaranteed out of the sun or under something in case of rain. The sound was very good In seating. Several places to get food and a huge variety including drinks...non alcoholic and alcoholic. Bathroom availablility isn't a problem either. Parking is in a field so appropriate footwear is a good idea. Plan on a wait to exit the venue but it's easily accessible to interstate once you exit.

This place is HUGE. quite a few lots to park and tailgate,in There are plenty of outhouse available...bring toilet paper just incase. The website says no charcoal geills.... we say hundreds of people with table top charcoal grills. There is a dumpsters for HOT COALS ONLY. Alcohol is allowed in the tailgating lots. Bring coolers and ice.. bri g corn holes and other games to keep ya busy.. If you're a "smoker".... watch out for the guys in brown (state police) it's a $420 fine.It take 2-3 hours to get out of the venue after a show... take a nap and relax

I've never been but it was easy to find and the staff they had directed you easily to a parking spot. Multiple gates were opened so getting inside was also easy.Tickets took a little longer because some people hadn't used the scanner before, but the staff was quick to help.Inside the gate were drinks, food and merch but they did have a large pavilion that also had those things along with regular flush bathrooms.Event staff was everywhere helping to make sure you knew where to sit and there were drink stations easily accessible.Leaving was actually easier than I expected and I was on the highway in under 30 minutes from the ending of the show.

The concert was fun, but the line to get in and the traffic out of the venue was awful

Saw post Malone here. Sound was great, people from Wisconsin were all very friendly. The drinks were pricey and they only accepted card but that's to be expected. Tailgating I. The parking lot before the show was very fun, so come prepared with lawn chairs and a cooler.

This is our first and last visit to Alpine Valley Music Theater. Had no idea that they would oversell and be unable to accommodate the crowd they allowed. Entrance lines were easily 1/2 mile long with 6, yes that right, 6 individuals checking bags If you happened to get far. Parking lot was a mix of these giant lines with cars barreling in to park. After two hours with no end in sight we abandoned our quest to see Post Malone. Fiserv Forum knew how to handle his fans so they will will be the ones continuing to get our money. We love our Posty but would hope that he never chooses this venue again. Fans deserve better.

Holy fuck, never should they ever host anyone as big as post Malone again. Concert ended at 11, didn't leave parking lot until 2 am. All the workers that directed traffic at the beginning of the night left and was a complete mess. This place should not be holding events this big when they cannot handle it.

post malone should've done a stadium tour because this venue absolutely could not handle him and it's hilarious that they thought they could.

Did 2 weekends in a row. Dave Matthews and Rage Against the Machine the following week. Been going to the Valley for shows since Lolla 1993, Pearl Jam, System of a Down, A lot of Lolla and Ozzfest. It's probably my favorite venue as of now (hitting Red Rocks soon) so it could change. But regardless it is a beautiful place to see a show, very good visibility and sound from the whole lawn. I just hope they do more to get bands in there. Last year started to seem it was trending back up but this yr Outlaw Fest and Post Malone????? Really that's it?

Re: Attendance at the Outlaw Music Fest-The facilities ADA accommodations are odd. Good for arrival, but departure is a chaotic mess that requires you to line up along a steep incline on stage right. ( Your left when facing the stage) Folks needing an accommodation that sat near the front of the theater had to walk or be pushed up the incline to get in line. For those lucky enough to have someone else with them, that person could stand in line while they sat in a nearby stadium seat. Repeatedly, Security walked the line, encouraging anyone who was able to walk to the parking lot to do so.For departure, the gates were open, and those not needing a ride were able to exit quickly.Golf carts that seat 4 and 5 are used to transport attendees parked in the ADA lot. The accommodation is great, but the return logistics require a great deal of patience in and of itself, in addition to the fact you are standing shoulder to shoulder with many other patrons who are - shall I say, clearly not the designated drivers of their groups. The Staff in the lot and those driving the carts were very helpful. For those with mobility issues, know that the bathrooms are far up the hill.

Had not visited this venue in decades. Not much has changed. The staff was friendly and helpful. The sound was really good. This concert was a departure from the more metal shows I had previously seen here. So the mix was actually listenable. Rentable lawn chairs are a nice feature that came in handy. There are obstructed views in the lawn, so choose your spot wisely. Check the event for do's & don'ts. They were pretty liberal about blankets and bags, though, once we arrived. The parking lot was exactly as I remember, plenty of tailgating and just hanging out. It was nice to return to the lawn and watch an icon or two do their thing.

Lots of updates have been made to the facility since the last time I was there a number of years ago. Parking was actually pretty easy to navigate. Saw The Outlaw Music Show and it was simply amazing!

I am so glad that the venue has reopened. Great place to see a concert! Very unique setting, basically in the middle of the Wisconsin wilderness. Drink and food prices are about what you would expect from a concert in the 21st century.

Alpine valley is a great place to see a show. just make sure you have good shoes on for ankle support cuz of the Hill.Otherwise just make sure you're in front of the stage for the best sound.A parking wise in bathrooms they have plenty of them they encourage you to tailgate in the parking lot and they have plenty of restrooms in the parking lot for tailgating.
