This shop is great if you ever need any parts for your older reels. They always have what I need and even ship out of state. I’m from New Jersey and for the price and ease of service even with shipping it’s more cost affordable then finding each part individually.

This place had a driveshaft that went obsolete a few years prior, I was very relieved. I talked to Alex, friendly and informative. If I ever have any other reel problems that are beyond my repair. I wouldn’t hesitate to redirect to these guys.

I took apart my own Stradic Ci4 and lost a piece as reassembling. Called the shop and they said to ship it in. Shipped it and within 2 weeks later had it back in better shape than I sent it. Paid easily through paypal. Will return if I ever mess up again.

Matt is one of the most knowledgeable reel servicemen I've had the privilege of meeting. He provides for my Abu and Daiwa. He picks up the phone when I call, and always has time for tips and advice. The level of service he provides is fantastic.
