Nice store with a good selection of outdoors equipment and local souvenirs as well. Prices are fairly high so we generally only buy from the discount section.

RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE!
Me and my sister came in with our coffee in hand and as soon as we walked down stairs an employee Abby was talking rudely about us to another employee. Saying she hates when customers come in with drinks, etc. just going on about it but loud enough for us to say. When we asked for a dressing room she gave us one but not kindly or willingly. This could have been all avoided if she came up to us kindly and asked to remove our drinks. We would have been happy to leave bc she was rude and unwelcoming. The upstairs girls were so sweet and kind.

I love the clothes at Gliks in Eagle River and have spent a lot of money there as a now local. However, I went there recently and bought some gifts for my dad for his birthday. He needed to exchange the size and forgot the gift receipt in the bag. I also have a receipt and purchased recently from the manager. The manager, Cindy, was extremely rude and argued with my father that she couldn’t exchange the item for the same item, just a different size. The tags and everything are still on it. Since I am in the system and shop every week there, she could have been more professional and understanding and looked up my purchase. I absolutely cannot believe she is the manager at this store. Coming from being a manager at Nordstrom in the cities before moving up here, I am totally dissatisfied on how she handled the situation and will take my business elsewhere. There are plenty of businesses up here that need the business. Cindy is rude, has no customer service skills, and unprofessional.

Every time I come here the girls who work in your Eagle River location all have snobby attitudes. I would suggest some classes on customer service. It’s like they don’t know how to talk to people and when they do speak it is ALWAYS rude.I was at your store on 9/11/2023 and it WAS a 50% off clearance promotion. I bought 2 pairs of Hey Dude shoes and was over charged on both. I told this to the cashier Cindy today 10/14/2023 about the issue and she had another associate come to the register and argue with me about the sales. I was highly upset when I left and will not return to this location with my business.

They have a text message ordeal that lets you know of sales and promotions! Gliks is the "fancy" clothing store in downtown Eagle River. There is decent clothes here but look into the text mail alerts for deals

Full of merchandise, mostly clothing and shoes from name brands. We saw Birkenstock and Hey Dude shoes and plenty of clothing choices.

Cute place with a wide variety of clothes and shoes. We always visit at the end of July when they have their summer clearance and find lots of cute stuff. I like that they have drssing rooms to try stuff on.

Very expensive. They made the kids section one rack. Looked at shoes and had no prices on anything.

Brenda at the Eagle River store was absolutely wonderful. Brends was pleasant and very helpful.She helped me with an online purchase, and I will stop in the store and pick it up when it arrives.
