2 packages delivered to sidewalk in rain instead of at door like it said. $3-500 items very close to being completely ruined. They were heavy, but they had 1 job!!!!

The careless FedEx driver that delivers packages to my house on highway b cannot read a simple sign and instead sets all my packages in puddles or right where the water runs off the roof. Terrible service from FedEx up here. How do they find people who can obtain a driver's license but lack the most basic courtesy.

I would give 0 if I could. 3 days in a row they attempted delivery at the EXACT SAME TIME. As if i would have been at the location they were going to deliver to and now I am unable to have them deliver again. I would NEVER use fedex as your shipping company.
