We enjoyed our 2 day stay here .Clean room , comfortable bed and a very nice continental breakfast.
Inn is in good location to downtown Eagle River and surrounding areas.

This place is rediculous. We had a dozen bugs in one of the beds which I killed as many as I could find. The night clerk also saw them crawling around and that's just room 110. I have pictures. They would not give me my money back and said the manager was not available then or the next day so offered me room 103 which I had to accept because it was late at night and three other places I had called were all full. In room 103 the bathroom door wouldn't even close. There was cobwebs and dirt on the floor behind the bed: obvious it hadn't been vacuumed for some time. I have pictures of this too. The tried the hot tub and it was ok, but the pool appeared to have mold in it. The on-duty person (Nick) scraped his finger on it and immediately said "I have to go wash my hands". No person ever returned my calls. Very irresponsible management.

We stayed a three day weekend in August. The place was a little dated but nice. We had hoped to get a lakeside room but ran into a time frame with a reunion that took all the lakeside rooms. Other than the screen window being bent a lot and allowing bugs in, the room was ok.

Very nice place. Friendly and helpful staff. Clean and nice rooms. Bed is comfortable. Pool and hot tub are great...open 24 hrs which is awesome too. Breakfast is real food with protein if you want, it is very good. Definitely will stay again.

TERRIBLE!!! Moldy, dusty, and dirty. The pool was not fit to swim in, as it had black mold around all of the filters. Sauna was out of order. Hot tub was out of order. The pool area smelled terrible (moldy and musty)! The rooms were dusty and room fixtures had cob webs. Will never stay at this place again.

Boogers and urine on the bathroom walls in our room. Hair and crusty splotches on the floors.Other guests were parading the live bedbugs they had captured in their room, in a ziploc baggie.Gross!
