“Honesty, Integrity, Experienced. What more can be said. From working on my 1984 F250HD collector towing truck to my Toyota RAV4 Justin does it all. He has even gotten problem diesels from local dealers because he has the expertise. I recently brought in my RAV with what I thought was problem rear wheel bearings. With many other shops I would likely have had new ones when I picked it up. After extensive testing Justin said it was likely road noise. WOW! You can't go wrong dealing with the Taylors!”
“Edited: I was contacted by one of the owners who informed me that there was a death in the family that week. Being a family business, it's completely understandable that the employees were dealing with their own grief at a time like that. I've changed my rating from 1 to 4 stars to allow for what the employees were dealing with at the time and I will give them another chance. (I don't know how this place has kept a 4.6 rating! Lousy customer relations. Awful customer service. We had an appointment to have the air conditioning looked at. It was set for 10:30am on a Wednesday. When we got there they verified that we had the appointment, then asked us to come back on Monday. We called on Monday morning to find out what time to bring it in and were told that no appointment was set up! What a colloidal waste of time! We took it elsewhere. Never again!)”
“Had my truck in for an alignment and shortly after, tires. Previous shop really messed up my alignment and subsequently the tires. Kyle at St Croix Tire got it driving perfect again. Also my tires are oversized and balanced perfect!! Will be back with more buisness.”
