This post office has gotten worse over the years. There is only one lady that is nice there-seriously. The letter carrier can't read addresses-constantly getting neighbor's mail. I understand this is not the most easy job, but customer service goes a long way. I would rather go to Oconomowoc and stand in line then deal with rudeness.

My mail carrier is great but the post master is hard to deal with. She won't go out of her way for anyone. I have talked to another local Post Office and they know her and said they have gotten several complaints about her and even when they try working with her she is difficult. My father was a postal worker so I truly understand the difficulty of the job - I just wish she understood that kindness is a real value to her customers.

I go to this post office usually once a week, sometimes more. They are always cheerful and welcoming. Willing to answer questions and help people out! I hear bad stories often from others about their post offices. I am so grateful that I have such nice people to deal with!

You can't post me enough to go in here. The woman that is usually there is just plain rude. Walking distance and I will not give them a sale for stamps or visit. I wish I could change my zip code. If you want a lesson in how to use every service properly for her unfriendly and miserable existence visit often. I have taken my purchases and drop offs and walked out. Zero stars

The postal person that delivers mail I Tremain park is terrible! It’s obvious he/she can’t read! We are co Stanton getting someone else’s mail and others get our mail. You would think they could or would at least read he addresses accurately

The one gal I speak with each time has always been very kind to me. Positive experiences with mailing packages, help with international postage, and with our PO Box. Grateful to have a post office with a 24 hour lobby nearby so I can pick up mail from the po box whenever.

The staff always seems to be in a bad mood and they refuse to help unless you ask multiple times. I have overlooked many things but today I called to ask a simple question about customs (I send many packages to England) and while I was explaining the situation I was rudely interrupted twice. I never got to ask my question because I kept getting interrupted and she was clearly not listening to what I was saying. Very, very frustrating. Although the Dousman Post Office is more convenient, I will be sending all of my packages through UPS from now on.
