“These people are SO nice, and SO helpful! I had 2 nails in 2 different tires and was mentally prepared to have to get a full new set because of having AWD. They patched me up and had me on my way within 30-40 mins (w/next day appt). I bought the original tires from them, which was also a great experience! “Fine service, polite staff, reasonable cost, an uneventful tire change. The waiting area could be better. They warned me that the WiFi was poor and the chairs, etc. are ok but pretty worn in. There isn’t a table or bar-height area where you can set your laptop to work while you wait, or convenient outlets for charging.”
“Last June I lost 2 gears in my 2014 ram 2500. I was recommended top gear by a couple people and I wasn’t disappointed. My 48re swap with the full manual valve body is doing great and everyone that gets a ride in it says it shifts great.”
“My family has taken vehicles to Keith at K & D throughout the past several years and he has always been fair and upfront with repairs needed and estimates. My last vehicle was old as dirt and I was rallying for a bit on how much to sink into it versus buying a newer vehicle. Keith always worked with me regarding what needed immediate fixing and what could wait until the next round (since there always was one relatively shortly forthcoming due to the age of the vehicle). Today, Keith went WAY above and beyond during a cold weather emergency I had that was right near their mechanic shop. As busy as they were, Keith basically dropped everything he was doing and did everything he could to assist. He, then, accepted no offer of payment in return and simply offered kind assistance which can be hard to find these days. Very thankful for a boost of faith that there are really good people in this current age.”
“I stopped by, no appointment, with my daughters car. There was a slow leak and needed to have it repaired prior to driving back to school the next day.
The two people I interacted with were poliet and very accomodating. They took a look, and told me they could sneak me in if I came back around 1:00 PM. I arrived at one and they had me out by 1:45.
They did not try to sell me various add on's and said the tires, although wearing would be good for now. I asked for a rotation and they even suggested keeping the tires where they were for now and rotate at the next oil change.
Great service, no hard upsell, and did what they said they would do. I'll be back when I need to replace the tires next spring.”
