Had my truck there for 1 year 6 months . Just payed to get it towed to the dealership. I called many times and they never answer. Last time talked to them was 5 months in telling them I need the truck in a hurry. Idk what these guys are even doing here...

I have a few vehicles that seem to be good at breaking. From random issues like an intermittently misbehaving door sensor in my SUV, a transfer case in my truck, spontaneous check engine lights, or a coil spring that I snapped in my car when I hit a pothole, Lake Country Rods 'n Customs has been able to fix them all!

This guy had my car for over a month without a single diagnosis and would go a week without ever calling me back. He also over quoted me cause I assume it wasn’t work he was interested in doing trying to replace 2 brand new front tires i got before i brought the car to him. In addition to that and days on end calling with no response he stole my oil and oil filter and won’t call me back about it.
