Bicycle Doctor saved our bike tour! Riding Minneapolis to Milwaukee, I broke a spoke on the Glacial Drumlin Trail. So great my friend and I were able to swing by this store! Jason fixed it up, and we were lucky to get some great advice from Dee while we waited and enjoyed beverages from their small but mighty cafe setup. You never want a technical, but you always want a Bicycle Doctor along the way!

My husband and I purchased two Gazelle e-bikes last summer. I was experiencing some problems with mine, and although it took a while to get parts, I was given a loaner bike until mine was ready. Early this summer, the same problems seem to be occurring. When I took the bike back in, I was again given a loaner bike to use until mine would be repaired. My bike is now back with me and I have to say that Bicycle Doctors bent over backwards to keep me happy. I recommend them highly because it was one of the best service experiences I’ve ever experienced from a company.

The service AND experience is ‘best-in-class”. The authentic positivity of the shop especially sets the BD apart from other bike shops…or maybe that’s just it, the experience is a real bike ‘shop’, not just a bike ‘store’ - big difference - and even with some of the highest-end performance bikes for sale, you’ll notice the atmosphere first.

I've now been into "The Bike Doc" a minimum of six times. Actually it's got to be more than that. Let me tell you the place is outstanding for several reason including, selection of bikes, accessories and most of all their employees. To Allen, Matchi, Bret, Dee and one guys name which I forgot (sorry). Allen & Matchi must also have their "Doctorate" in bikes. You guys are outstanding and are part of the reason for the success of "The Bike Doc". Let me tell you if I was still working I'd hire these guys away or if I went back to work, I'd join them just so I could clone their knowledge.
