Super impressed by the professionalism and efficiency involved in renting a unit with Store-N-Stuff. A website to see availability, sign up and pay, and follow up emails explaining every detail thoroughly. Such a streamlined process which made it smooth for me as I needed a unit quickly.

12 years ago....Nice people, clean unit, but they had reason, with my permission, to go I to my unit when I wasn't there and move some things around. I can't remember why. They put a very heavy item on top of a cat carrier with a plastic see-thru lid and broke it. They lied about it, saying they didn't do it, wife telling me to talk to hubby, hubby telling me to talk to wife, each denying responsibility. The carrier was one of a kind, but I had no proof, and it was irreplaceable. What kind of mentally-challenged morons would DO that.12 years is a long time to wait to leave a review, but this wasn't possible on Google in 2011.

The whole process was so smooth; I rented my storage unit online and had the keys within an hour or two. They also went out of their way to meet a second time when we weren't able to get in. Awesome experience!

I highly recommend Store N Stuff for all of your storage needs! I have rented units 3 times and will continue with Store N Stuff when needed. Responses are quick, units are well maintained, deposits are returned promptly and I love that I can pay my bill online. Rent from Store N Stuff, you won’t be disappointed.
