“I have always had good experiences with Tandom Tire so I returned again. This time I had a slow leak needing repaired and also a tire rotation. I asked to have my tread checked also to see if in need of new tires. Unfortunately the tread was checked after instead of before the other services so I essentially wasted that $ as I did order all new tires. I would have lived with the slow leak and wouldn’t have needed the rotation in leu of getting all new tires within a short while. I should have insisted the tread be checked first but do think they should have anticipated this logic. After noting this to them they compromised and said would credit back the cost of the rotation at least.Thus the 4 instead of 5 star review.”

“I went in for an oil change and a wheel alignment, and added it on tire, rotation. but once the car was hoisted up, they found it bigger problem, which caused for me not being able to get the wheel alignment and the tires rotated. They informed me of this and even allowed me to come back and take a look and take pictures of it and explained everything to me in a way that I understood and I appreciate that. Even though I did not get the wheel alignment and tires rotated, they did a good job and I will keep coming back.”

Mechanics like these are the reason my '14 Chevy is going to see it's 300 thousandth mile, probably before the end of the year.”
