“I’m from out of town and had an emergency with a tire on my RV. I was referred to tandem by the Meineke dealership in town because they did not have my size tire. Austin set up an appointment for me within an hour, took care of my warranty that covered the tire, the tech that replaced my tire answered my questions completely. And I was on my way in an hour and a half. They were a blessing to me and I would highly recommend them.”

“The Tandem staff got our vehicle in right away and had the car back and road-ready that same day. Stellar service. We had a situation where my son called me at 5:26 in the morning to say his wheel fell off his car out by the DBQ airport. Huh? Yep. It just fell off and sheared off the bolts that were hold it on. After spending about 90 minutes helping him for the wheel in the dark, we called a tow truck to have his vehicle towed to Tandem. I chose to have it towed to Tandem because I thought they would be quick about getting the vehicle put back together and they were. The wheel was not salvageable so they had to find a new matching one and they did so quickly - probably not an easy feat for a 2003 Jeep Liberty. My son needed the car to drive to Davenport for work and Tandem got him back on the road as quickly as possible.”

6+ hours into our drive time, late Friday afternoon of the Labor Day weekend, we hit a rock on the highway outside of Plattville, causing quite a bulge in our tire wall. Found Dewey's Tire repair while in downpouring rain. The men had all four tires replaced by the time I made 2 phone calls to the insurance company. Back on the road in an hour to enjoy our vacation!! “They really saved us!! We were coming into Platteville after a 2.5 hour drive and the low engine oil light came on (just had an oil change the day before at my dealership). We pulled into Garvey's and realized we had a major oil leak. They got us right in, checked out the car and replaced the oil filter and oil. They even helped to clean up the dripping oil from the underside of the car. And this all happened at 4:30PM on a Friday.

“Amazing experience with this place. I had a blowout on my camper while traveling to town to work. I wanted to get all my tires replaced and when I called I figured I’d order the tires and on my way out of town go by there. I was extremely busy and couldn’t do it any other time. They offered to come to me! I was out in the field and came back one day and all the tires were done. It cost a little extra for the site visit but completely worth it to me. I needed to concentrate on work while there and when I was done the last thing I wanted to do was go somewhere to get that done. I just wanted to go home. I’m very grateful to have found this place while on the road and I highly recommend them to anyone in the area.”
