Was told they don’t take returns but I can come back in the morning to return my item? Get real what a joke this staff and store is. The last time I came here i waited 10 minutes for someone to check me out after ringing the bell multiple times. I absolutely will not be shopping here again very disappointed with how little knowledge and attention this staff has.

They need to fire the store manager EDNA from both Denmark & University Family Dollars! She loves to spread rumors about anyone! Still yet after I tried addressing her nicely about her saying untrue things about me she calls the cops on me & still yet I’m hearing about it! Hmm go figure! Get a life lady & stop talking about other people & worry about yourself. Also maybe act your freaking age already & move on with your life!

worst store ever! never shopping here again! Heather the managment there is a complete crackhead & she also steals thing’s from the store. rip’s the tag’s right off of thing’s & put’s into a family dollar bag & goes off running it out to her vehicle; she’ll be sitting outside smoking while people wait to check out. she doesn’t do any work at all, she sit’s around on her phone. whole store is a disgusting mess ? she busted into the bathroom while this younger girl employed there was using it & she literally had her pants down using the toilet & this Heather busted in there screaming at her for going to the bathroom too much in a short amount of time then she proceeds & run’s around the store pretending to do stuff but i’m very sure she’s just high. & literally going back outside every 10min.

don't expect anyone to acknowledge you, even during checkout i've had employees continue their conversations only pausing long enough to tell me my total. latest trip in took me twice as long as it should've.

I've only ever found a few things that I ever picked up from a Dollar Store. It's ironic that most things in this place cost more than a dollar. Counter intuitive of the name.

Heather at Denmark family dollar is the exact representation of a great employee by always putting the customer first. She helped me out with balloon for my boys birthdays and she was phenomenal, made their day! Kudos to you!!

It was like a lot of other family dollars stores. Was clean and employees were friendly. The employees really made our visit fun this time and my kids loved the checkout peraon.
