I've been paying my insurance premium every month and then I get a notice that they're gonna cancel my policy if I don't pay in full for the entire year. I spoke with a representative twice about making monthly payments. So I went ahead made two monthly payments. Gave her my debit card so they could auto deduct future payments. Now I've got unexplained charges to my debit card that do not reflect my insurance premium. Frustrating
