This rating is towards the pharmacy not the store..... I honestly wouldn't even give it a star but I have no choice, I want to pick up a prescription they told me that they only had four in stock and the rest would be delivered tomorrow but if I were to take the four I wouldn't be able to pick up the rest!? But they're going to charge my insurance for the full amount? How is that even legal or make sense? I would NOT recommend going to that pharmacy.

I can't say enough good things about this pharmacy! The staff here goes above and beyond to help customers with their needs. They are incredibly knowledgeable and always take the time to answer any questions I have about medications or health concerns. It's so reassuring to know that I can rely on them for accurate information and friendly service. I highly recommend this pharmacy to anyone looking for a trustworthy and helpful healthcare partner.

The pharmacy never has my son's prescription even though he gets the same one every month. He has to have it but ends up missing a couple days every month

I've had an issue with the pharmacy staff at this walgreens ever since I started going here to pick up my prescriptions. The pharmacy staff act like they hate their job and anyone picking up medications are a bother to them. Yesterday I went to pick up my medications as per usual and the experience was worse than it had ever been. I was screamed at and belittled by the pharmacist. Thank God I was in drive thru as I would have been afraid of the pharmacist physically attacking me if I had gone inside to the counter. I've tried to reach out to management who basically disregarded it. For my health, well being and safety I will no longer be going to this location to pick up my medications. I would much rather drive elsewhere than being treated so awful just to pick up my medications.

The pharmacy staff is wonderful! Super helpful, found me a better deal on my inhaler than my insurance and they were just really nice all around. I was feeing really sick and they got me in and out as fast as possible.

The folks that work here do an excellent job and my issue is a choice that the company has made. If you call Walgreens Be sure you understand that the chances of talking to somebody in the pharmacy are pretty slim. Chances are your call will be answered by somebody in a call center. Knowing this I almost always ask them if they are in the pharmacy or call center. Forgetting about that today, I asked questions and was given an answer that was incorrect, and could’ve been handled easily by an actual pharmacy technician. When the call center answers the phone They do so Announcing themselves as a Technician, Because of the stupidness of their answers I don’t believe this is true. I feel lied to!!! This was the last straw no more Walgreens.

Went there on Christmas eve for a few last minute items, and the girl working the front register was unbelievably rude. Could not have made it more obvious that she wanted to be ANYWHERE but there. Gave her the benefit of the doubt, holidays are stressful. Went back about a week later, and no, she's just a b****. Great representation walgreens.

I have had my fair share of hiccups with many Walgreens locations. However, Delavan Walgreens pharmacy staff have all been so kind every time I have utilized them. Last night they exceed my expatiations the pharmacist last night Adam helped fix a mishap with my medications due to Fort Atkinson Walgreens messing up prescription and sending a claim to insurance when no medications where picked up. I spoke with Adam and he explained to me why I was unable to fill my medications until next month due to that claim but insured me he would call my insurance and see if he can fix it (I was absolutely not expecting him to 1. Actually call my insurance due to past experiences I have had with other Walgreens locations. 2. My medication problem be solved that night leaving me without my medication) and within 15 minutes he personally calls me back and corrected everything and from the time my medications were sent in to not even an hour later they were ready. I was very impressed and he went above and beyond insuring I got my medications. I would drive an hour from where I live to just use this Walgreens again from my experience yesterday.

Michele in beauty care was the sweetest lady. She was very knowledgeable and answered any questions we had. She went above and beyond to help us. I would recommend going to her with any questions you have.

I would give 0 stars if I was able too after the encounter I experienced tonight. The pharmacist, Chris is extremely rude. Waiting in line, both inside the store & the drive thru, for over 90mins now, this is my 2nd time approaching the window, being told "it's going to be at least 30-35mins" I explained that the previous tech has just had me wait 25mins & the pharmacist's response was "Well I don't care, that's the kind of night that I'm having & you will NOT rush me with this medication." Are you kidding me? I completely understand that it was busy and that I am not the only customer. I waited patiently the first 25mins but there's no patiently waiting after being told, ever-so-rudely, to wait for another 30mins a 2nd time. Maybe if he wasn't such a condescending p***** then I would have waited patiently a 2nd time. Also, maybe if the young, very obviously NEW employee that doesn't seem to have the slightest clue as to what she is doing, wasn't standing around on her cell phone when both drive thru lanes have 2+ vehicles waiting to be helped and a line of 3 people waiting to be helped inside the store, then they wouldn't be so busy and have to be total jerks to their customers for no reason. It is now 8:45pm and I am STILL waiting for them to fill my prescription. Absolutely ridiculous!!! Will be switching over to a different Walgreens after tonight!

Excellent service at the pharmacy. Both pharmacist and pharmacy technician were extremely helpful and nice.
