This is by far the best Waglreens Pharmacy within 50 miles. I drive further specifically because the customer service is so much better than other locations.

The service here was abysmal, the staff was very rude and was not welcoming whatsoever. They denied us our medicine because we were using a Mexican passport, even though they gave us our medicine last time (we used the same passport). Not only that but the staff started yelling at us saying how we could not use this passport even though we had used it with no problems a little while back, horrible experience here there was nothing good about it, both racist and rude staff.

I don’t know why the pharmacy technician have to be so rude! The pharmacist was very kind and helpful as well as the rest of the Walgreens staff but the rudeness from the pharmacy technician is ridiculous, if you hate your job that bad find a new one!!

If I could give 0 stars I would. I’ve been going to Walgreens for many years and never had issues with customer service until today. The current staff they have there are extremely rude. I had my two sick kids with me and in drive thru they told me my prescription wasn’t ready yet (2 hours after the doctor sent it). I said that’s fine but I live far away so I’ll wait. They kept telling me to drive laps around till it was ready. I said no I’m not doing all that she threatened to have her manager “remove” me. I said there’s two fricken lanes, I’m not blocking you from helping the next person. So I then decided to go inside. The young lady with fake lashes kept rolling her eyes. She finally brought my medications to the counter and had me pay. She then told me to have a seat. I questioned her as to why and she smugly remarked “I told you I have to mix them”, I said “sorry I didn’t hear you”. I told her she didn’t need to be so rude and she threatened to put my children’s medicine back on the shelf! Even the customer behind me complained on my behalf because she thought they were so rude. But the manager backed up her rude staff. Needless to say I walked out in tears.

First time visitor to this Walgreens, unfortunately this will also be my last. The Pharmacy Technician assisting me was so rude. I understand we all have bad days, hopefully hers gets better and/or learns how to conduct herself professionally.

I guess they are doing the best they can… staff shortages and this being a really busy pharmacy are a bad combination if you need anything quick… they finally took care of us one day later. The staff behind the counter were all very nice.

My mom forgot her medication and they charged $49 for 5 pills. Seriously. Pretty sure you could of given her a break. No caring or compassion at this store! Disgusting!

i agree with ALL the bad reviews. Every time I go to pick up a pre-ordered prescription that are supposed to be automatically filled it takes from 35 minutes to one hour at the drive through. That is with only one or two cars ahead of you. I lost my cool after it took 25 minutes for one car and told them they needed more help and I thought it sucked. The girl disappeared and then helped the other car and wouldn't return my money and order. The pharmacist , who was hiding, came on the loud speaker and violated my privacy by announcing to all the waiting cars what I was picking up and what it was for. When i finally was given my money and order i counted my money and checked my order before starting my car. The pharmacist was now concerned and in a hurry for me to be on my way since they still had a line of cars and only 20 minutes til closing. What a joke. Will never go to ANY walgreens again. I also agree that there photos suck. They definitely need to get a grip and figure it out.

The floor in the pharmacy waiting area is filthy. I know this because I had a two hour wait--with an appointment--on Monday for an annual flu shot. I understand the issues that the demand for vaccines and staff shortage can create, but I fault the Walgreen's management. There was a sign at the entrance welcoming walk-ins, when they clearly couldn't handle the customers with appointments. It also makes no sense for people to be allowed to book appointments when they don't have staff to administer the shots. It would have also been helpful if the staff communicated--a periodic announcement of "We apologize for the wait. We are short staffed. Computer systems are overwhelmed with requests and moving slowly. We will be processing paperwork for six people at a time and then administering shots for that group. Wait time is currently two hours." I felt sorry for the pharmacist, who was doing double duty, and was clearly over her head.I will never go back, not even to shop.

Was treated as if I was annoying the pharmacist by simply trying to get my insurance straightened out. He kept talking over me. And then arrogantly told me that the call center doesn’t know “what the hell they are doing”, when I told him that the people at the call center told me I don’t have insurance on file. I have been on the phone with 4 people now. The conclusion, I get my prescription back and go where they treat people with dignity.
