The greasy man with glasses(didn’t catch the name) in the back by the chicks should probably be talked to about his terrible customer service skills. We went with a few children excited to check out the chicks and buy some! When we got there they were all gone. He was incredibly rude. Just sat at his little desk and stared us. Usually at this point if you notice customers interested in your inventory you say something like ‘sorry about that we just ran out’ or ‘they will be back in on such and such date’. Instead when my son and husband went around the side and accidentally hit the unlock door open (they’re usually locked at every other TS for this reason) he screamed at them literally so loud the store could hear.

I love this place. I have been going here for the past five years. They have had the same staff almost the entire time. they are all knowledgeable and friendly. They know all the regulars. They are probably the biggest reason I continue to shop there rather than other stores that are slightly cheaper nearby.

Great prices and selection of farming and homesteading supplies for in- and outdoors! Feed and parts for the farm, yard, and garden, but also seeds, houseware, decorations, books, a few toys, and clothing. Has some items that you don't see elsewhere...

I came to town for work and fell in love with this place! If art inspires you, come to this place for a visit. Baymont Inn has a great staff, rooms are very clean, and it has just been all around nice being here. Oh, the coffee is ready 24/7….

I went in to be "met" by 3 employees, all standing there doing nothing. I needed an item the internet had informed me of being available in store at this specific location. Every single one of them just told me no; they don't have it without even looking to see what the item was. They never even bothered to move a foot to try and figure out if they really did or not. The most they all did was tell me that the internet means their online store, and if it says they have it, I'm wrong ... left and went to the fleet farm down the road, which coincidently had the same item on the internet, stating it was also available in stock at the fleet farm.... take a guess if a representative helped me by looking up the item and walking me straight to it so I could purchase it? Don't go here... Go to fleet farm. It's a 3-minute drive from this tractor supply.

No customer service they told me "we can't let what another store does effect our stores bottom line" your one company and I will never shop at any of your stores again
