Took boat to get winterize payed less then I expected told them to do what ever it took to make sure it was good for winter great place didn't scam me I was willing to pay up to 500 to have it done payed 265 told me everything was good to go that could have told me it needed this and that but did only what it needed honest and very friendly

Always excellent service from Reed's. I started going to them last year after I had experienced extremely poor service issues at another local Chaparral dealer. Tara did an excellent job of getting all of my warranty claims completed and fixing the issues that the other dealer caused. Boat sat outside for over 2 weeks when I dropped it off to get the carbs tuned, then when they started to work on the boat it just so happened the impeller stoped working, afterwards they processed to charge over $100 for the “work” (matching the idler screws) charged almost an hour of shop time and had different stories every time I asked if the boat was ran with the impeller not working, when I got the boat back now it won’t even start,when I had dropped it off it Idled good just did not want to run under load. To say the least I will never go back to a place that hangs up and curses at you when you ask question about the “work they did” and if they could help get it back to the condition it was in before they “worked” on it.Service: General repairs & maintenance
