“Had a flat on the interstate and had the road hazard warranty at Walmart. Thankfully my flat occurred by this Walmart. Normally it does take time at Walmart auto centers but thankfully I pulled in when no one was in the bays and plenty of workers staffed. Got in and out in an 1 1/2 hrs. Got a new tire for free with the road hazard and paid for another so it would be even. Worker were extremely nice and professional. Works definitely recommend!”

“I was having issues with my muffler. It was getting pretty loud so I set up an appointment to get it fixed and check the rest my car make sure that it was in good condition for winter. I don’t know anything about mufflers, but I figured it would cost me around $300 Minimum. It was only a missing clamp that needed replaced and it was just over $100 but also included the price of checking over my car. I’ve used Tims auto for quite some time and I will not use anybody but Tims Southside auto. He has always been so very trustworthy, thorough and kind,”
“Couldn’t have been happier with the service I got from Mike’s on short notice. They towed my vehicle from another repair shop on Wednesday at 1pm, started the work on Thursday morning and had my alternator replaced by 4pm on Friday in time for camping. All for hundreds less than the well-know repair shop in Delavan. Couldn’t have been happier!”

“The mechanic Tim did my brakes today and did a good job and finished quickly. He was very friendly and professional. My only complaint was some dude from corporate showed up and felt his time was more valuable than mine even though I pay his bills as a customer. The corporate guy kept interrupting all the mechanics while the customers waited causing longer wait times. Also you should never distract someone whos doing important work on a vehicle, mistakes can happen that way. Despite that Ill be back”
