This is not to pan Lowe's so much as it is to let people know that, if you buy a refrigerator from them, beware of Frigidaire. We purchased a new Frigidaire refrigerator about a month ago and it does not cool. Lowe's does not take care of this issue beyond two days (48 hours to cool according to Frigidaire). Try calling Frigidaire's warranty service and you go through a two minute menu only to be told to call back because they are experiencing too many calls. Over and over again. What does this tell you? We have had to go to an outside service to repair the refrigerator at our own expense. Lowe's just sells these things and you are on your own after that. We purchased the extended warranty. Can' wait to see how that works out. Also, came dented and Lowe's delivery service promised but has not paid an adjustment fee back to us.
