Do not go here!
I had my car for four months and the rear clips on the engine went out and a ball joint was needed of repairs. They had my car for three weeks before they found they could only cover $400 of a pointless warranty and I had to come up with $1750 out of pocket for just the rear engine clips. The sales rep who sold me the car kept saying “whelp unfortunately cars to do these things”. Sorry, but not after four months and 2500 miles of driving.
Then when I had my car towed from one dealership to them, they told me they’d cover the cost of the towing. When I picked the car up once fixed, the response of why they couldn’t cover the $200 of towing costs was “Unfortunately, the higher ups said no”. Unfortunately, I will never come here again and never recommend this dealership anywhere. I’m back to paycheck to paycheck now because a dealership doesn’t give two s**ts about their customers.
The amount of people I’ve heard have issues at multiple lines of this kunes is astronomical as well. This brand of dealership gives people cars that go out within a week to a year and the car salesman are pushy (he tried getting my husband to trade in his paid off car to cover the repair costs on my car and have a down payment on another car that probably would break down, then tried saying that’s only worse case scenario).
Please Run.

There is not a chance I would EVER recommend this dealership. The second I left the lot, I started having issues with my truck that the dealership REFUSED to fix. The issues cost me $1,000s to fix due to their lack of transparency (issues with the traction control and issues with the oil pan to name a few). This dealership was impossible to work with and refused to offer any sort of reimbursement. I highly recommend this dealership if you would like to be taken advantage of! I have never felt so used and unfairly treated by a business after signing for a loan of $35,000. PLEASE do your research before going to this dealership! I have had so many positive experiences at other dealerships in the past, so I was naive to think that this business had my best interest in mind!

Great experience getting my son a new car. Our salesman was very nice and the process went fair quickly given that we didn't know we were going to purchase a car the day we went in.

Complete waste of time. I contacted the dealership at the beginning of the week and had been messaging multiple different associates within the 3 days. Texted the night before asking to set up a test drive for 10-11 am. No response. At 10:30 am the next morning I get a call from them and return it. I set up the initial test drive for 12:15. We drove over an hour to get to this dealership so they had time to get the vehicle ready. We get there and the person we were told to ask for, is on a test drive with another customer. We wait 25 minutes before he finally comes back to greet us. Switch desks 3 times. Before our test drive, he gets my information about financing which I have never had before because most of the time you test drive before you make the decision. Finally after over an hour of us being there, we are brought outside to test drive. Only for him to pull out a completely different vehicle than what I had been inquiring about and he tried playing it off until we immediately said something. He then used the excuse that the car we inquired about was given out for a loaner. We gave the Malibu that was brought out a shot and test-drove it anyway. Came back inside to talk numbers, and look outside the window to the car we had inquired about "magically" being out front. Test drove the car and it was an absolute dump. The right side tires had giant gashes that my boyfriend was able to stick his fingers into. The windshield had a chip. The car reeked of cigarette smoke and it was all yellow and even had parts that black gunk came off with the wipe of a finger. The seat had cigarette burn holes as well. Why this was not checked before allowing a customer to drive it is beyond me, as it is a MAJOR safety hazard. When we got back & the finance team came out, the manager tried to beat around the bush and would not tell us the interest rate & claimed loans were not available for 72 months & when we pushed and pushed to see it, he finally brought out the paperwork with a terrible attitude. At this point, we had been at the dealership for over 4 hours and all we had gotten was terrible customer service, no honesty & fed a bunch of nonsense. We were talked to like we were children when we questioned the fees of everything & eventually ended the conversation and walked out. Overall, don't waste your time here. Everybody tries to place the blame on another person, nobody is truthful and the deals are BS. For a company that consistently said on the phone "for professional courtesy" you guys sure don't know what that is.

Long story short. I pre paid for my oil changes, when they eventually finished my service ( oil change) an hour and a half later, I was brought to the cashier, whom I told I was pretty sure I prepped for the oil changes when I leased the vehicle. She checked with the service writer, who then asked finance, who then had to call the other dealer I got the vehical from. And confirm that yes, I had pre paid. I am just very surprised and irritated that your dealership was perfectly fine with basically double charging me for this service. I was also informed that your computer systems do not cross communicate. So it's my responsibility to inform you? This makes zero sense to me, and is unacceptable.

My son bought a 2018 Chevrolet Equinox there in NOVEMBER 2022. There was no reason for us to check the air conditioning and was told everything was fine.... Well in May he tried putting on the air conditioning and it blew warm air, never got cold. I called for him cause I was there when he bought the car. Was told I had to speak to the sales manager. Which I did and was told to bring it in. My son did and was told it would be $1500. !! His payments are already high , he was told everything worked fine and it cost over $18000 ! I was going to buy a car there this fall but not if you are treated like that and are lied to! Think twice a check around.

They had a used car I was interested in. I had been looking online every other day. The first listing price was $16,129 or very close to that. Within a few days it was lowered to $15,985. I asked if tax, title, and registration could be done for $16,500, and they said no it would have to be $17,500. They said they paid $19,000 for it so that would be a loss of 1500. If they bought it at that much it wouldn't be listed at around $16,000 for the first listing. Do they think everyone is gullible? That's not even a believable lie! SHADY!

Sadly dishonest. Tried to do everything to prep for purchase prior to going because I'd honestly rather have a root canal than go to a car dealership. My last visit reaffirmed this for me. After a week of them telling me I "had to come in just to finalize everything and test drive the 2 cars" I had narrowed down, I finally caved. I got there and the 2 cars I had been conversing with them about werent available. They had me wait for 45 min (I still don't know why) while they said they were finalizing paperwork which I thought was already complete. THEY decided that I wanted something totally different and without my requirements. Since I was waiting for an insurance check to come in, they said I didn't have to put anything down to hold the car~until I got there and they said this wasn't true! I can say I will not be going to any Kunes since nothing they say can be trusted. Buyer beware and don't believe a word they say!

I bought a 2020 Mitsubishi Outlander which was fine, I financed an extended warranty that was claimed to cover exterior, and interior, and a lot more. I went to the service department in March of 2022 with a minor issue and the service technician was rude, and wouldn't even acknowledge the warranty. I went back a second day and had to argue for an hour with the manager on duty to resolve my complaint. The plan cost me and the bank 4,000.00. I'm going to have to get the bank involved , after all it's their money too. I told the dealership to give the bank or me the money back. It's like theft by conversion, or fraud. I gave them an opportunity to get out of this issue. I had a contract drawn up that would find NO FAULT either way. All they had to do is give the money back to the bank. I'd still keep the car. Nothing wrong with the car. But they wouldn't even write to say they were interested in settling. It takes up to four years to settle legal issues. I made a complaint with the better business. Next with the State of Wisconsin consumer protection. Buyer beware!

First I was waiting for a truck to get ready before I sign, ended up they can't sell me the truck because it's going to cost to much to fix. Then bought a truck had them put new tires on and do the alignment. Got the car back with the steering wheel off center, now front tires toe aren't even aligned correctly. Not only that took them forever to fix the a/c condenser and I couldn't open the hood. Then had to bring it back for them to fix it. The do a crappy jobs at fixing your cars/trucks. Don't take it there. Then the scam came, they were taking money out of my account. Be careful

Horrible sales team. Called ahead and was told the car was available. Drove an hour only to have the lying salesman say the car was not there. While we waited to be told the bad news we got to watch the rest of the staff smoking cigarettes right outside the front entrance. Bought a car somewhere more civilized later that day.

Lot of time wasted, poor communication and it quite frankly smells like a scam. Everything that's been said on here by others is absolutely true down to the letter.

Horrible dealership. Told me over the phone I was absolutely approved for a car through them. Took a $60 Uber ride to pick out a car and was told I wasn't approved. $120 in ubers. Absolutely Horrible. Will never go back there.
