I discovered Impreza Salon several years ago and I have never been happier! When I decided to change my hair color, Kristin gave it not only her knowledge and experience but she gave her time and was dedicated to getting it just right and…she did! Finding a good salon is like finding just the right doctor. Impreza Salon is my go to for me and my family. From the time you walk in to the time you leave, they make you feel like you are their only client. They become family! Five stars all the way! Thank you April for taking care of my guys and Kristin for always making me feel like a million bucks!

Love this salon !
Staff so friendly and always try their best to work with my schedule!
Rachel does such a great color and cut for me ! I go in a hot mess and come out with a big smile!!
She also did a beautiful cut on my 14 yr old granddaughter !
So glad I found this salon and wouldn’t go anywhere else

I have been going to Impreza for a few years now, since I found them! I’m blonde, so I’m very particular about my color and Rachel always does a fantastic job. The prices are very reasonable for the area and I literally will not go anywhere else!Services: Haircut

If this Is Lake Delavan's best, they need to do better. What a disaster!Went there just for a wash and blow out and I went in looking better than I left! Not sure what they specialize in but a blow out is not it! Sorry IMPREZZA If I could give less than 1 Star, I would.Service: Hairstyling

Robin at the front desk always welcomes me with a warm smile, setting a positive tone for the visit. Their use of Aveda products aligns with my preferences, and my stylist is consistently open to exploring fresh, creative ideas for my hair. I absolutely love Impreza Salon. The salon is beautiful, and modern with all the best services and products offered. Kristin is a complete genius with hair- her color, cut and knowledge is why I love to go here and have been so happy with her service on ever level. Robin is a gem too. My mother went into this salon this morning to get her hair done for a family wedding and I have never been more shocked than when she came back to the hotel.My mother was very specific on what she wanted: no product, a wash and a blow out. She came back with her hair matted, frizzy, and almost in tears. The stylist put MULTIPLE products in her hair after SPECIFICALLY ASKING NOT TO, and TEASED IT. There was no attempt to rectify her hair before she walked out practically in tears when the stylist had an ENTIRE EXTRA HOUR BLOCKED OFF. My mother had to wash her hair TWICE and she STILL has product gunked up in her hair as I am typing this. The manager/owner only tried to rectify the situation AFTER it was too late! HOURS after the fact! As a small business they should be ashamed. 1 star is too generous.

I've been coming to the Salon for over 10 years. April has been my awesome hair angel. She is amazing with color! She always makes time for me no matter what! I've never been happier!!!

Absolutely terrible hair cutting skills. I ask for a layered cut and nothing was blended and she took off more than what I asked for. I asked for just a trim with a max 1 inch off and she took off more than 4. I’m so upsetService: Haircut

If I could give 0 stars I would. I went in for a quick eyebrow wax just to clean them up. Literally said I didn’t want the shape changed at all and they completely changed the shape of my brows almost waxing all of them off. Do not recommend coming here.Service: Waxing
