Just purchased a set of tires from Scott at the delavan store...was given a competitive price for the tires...and was told an additional 35 dollars per tire mount ballance,valve stems and tire disposal plus sales tax.I told Scott let's go and he ordered the tires and installed them in a timely fashion. I took the tires off the vehicle and brought them in. Found out when paying there is a additional 9% "service charge" tacked on the bill. A little ticked off..not told. In 10 minutes ya had a customer ya lost a customer....

Called F and F to get new tires for my wife 2013 Lincoln Navigator on short notice (weds). They were able to get, price match and install the tires I was interested in less than 2 days. I feel better knowing there are new tires on car before daughter takes SUV for longer weekend trip. Thank you also checking tire pressure in the spare tire! Recommend

First time I went because I needed a flat fixed. They did a great job and I was out the door quick. Second time, was even better experience. I had been dealing with a tire losing air due to side wall puncture all morning. F and F didn’t have the tire I needed in stock, but Walmart did. However, Walmart had a significant wait due to lack of staffing and well, it’s Walmart. But F and F had no problem mounting the tire I purchased at Walmart. Service was super fast. Receptionists very friendly. I was out the door quick and my day was saved. A+ for me.

Decided to give F and F another chance at their car wash and what a mistake this was!! Went to get my car washed and pulled up and the place looked a little trashy. Pulled up and selected car wash I wanted and swiped credit card. Message came up payment method declined. Tried again same result. Thought maybe they only accept debit card so swiped this. At this point there is another car behind me so I pulled out a $20 bill for a $14 car wash which is more than the Kwik Trip that I usually go to. Upon entry of bill noticed a sign no change given! You have got to be kidding me! Tried to refund with machine and no option. Pulled in car wash and the screen states what it’s doing however it must be out of product since alls that came out was dribbling of soap. Car wash was horrible! Went to the main entrance and met a technician outside that stated they were closed. He was very pleasant and wanted to help but couldn’t. I asked for the manager of which she came out. I believe her name was Wanda? Very unprofessional and rude! I asked for the owner’s name of which she said she didn’t know… what manager of a small business doesn’t know the owner? Horrible customer service and horrible experience! Zero stars wasn’t possible but that’s what they deserve!! This is just my experience but I would recommend Kwik Trip or car wash in Elkhorn and to old Sentry store.

Friendly staff, had an oil change and rotation done. They top off your fluids also. Experienced Mechanics. It's more than just a tire shop.

Great service as always. I have a tight schedule, but they always manage to have a time available that works for me. Retention of staff seems to not be an issue, as I see the same team members, and now a few new faces!
