I would give 0 starts if it were an option. My husband needed a new phone. We had decided to drop Cricket and go with AT&T since we realized Cricket stores have been closing one by one, and it has become more difficult to find a nearby store that isn't in an unsavory neighborhood.
We went to AT&T in Lake Geneva and Justin helped us set up a new phone for my husband. Justin tried to work with Cricket online and with the store in Delevan to get my phone unlocked and was unable to do so. Bless him for staying with us and dealing with Cricket's poor customer service. He had spend time chatting with a Cricket rep online and was hung up on. Then he tried calling the Cricket store and was told he needed to contact the chat. I know you all know what happened next. When he contacted the chat again, he was told him to contact the store.
Since our Cricket account had already been closed and Cricket refused to unlock my phone, I basically did not have a functioning phone. Backstory - I have had my phone since August last year, so yes, it was eligible for unlock. They could do it, but they wouldn't. Oh, and I forgot to mention this all started in August when I bought a new phone through Cricket, the sales rep mistakenly mixed up the esim numbers which made the unlock unsuccessful. We were told I had my phone turned off the day after it was purchased even I use my phone everyday and paid for service the whole time.
I purchased a new Samsun from AT&T yesterday and now I want my $433.56 (I paid for the phone in full that day in August) back for the phone I can no longer use since I refuse to purchase another plan for it.
Stay away!!!
BTW - Cricket, if you're reading this, I will set up dozens of fake Gmail accounts and leave nasty messages everyday if I don't receive some kind of a response.

The only reason for 2 is cuz the employees were patient and didn't try to sell me anything when I went to cancel my account. I will never recommend this company. Forcing me to buy a new phone even tho mine works fine. Terrible service and phones.

My phone was not charging......I was going to lose all my data. Ran to cricket and had a clerk named Beth. She quickly transferred all my data to a new phone before the old one died. She did this while helping other customers. She was kind, knowledgeable and efficient. Thank you Beth for all your wonderful help.

We went in to upgrade my son's iPhone.The employee had very little knowledge of iPhones and couldn't figure out how to transfer the info from one to the next even.Granted, my son's phone screen was really hard to see due to damage. But that wasn't it.They were out of the phone he wanted in store, and you had to buy it online. So I bought the next better iPhone. They were out of cases for that phone.Just was not a great experience.

Chrissy in Delavan WI was absolutely FANTASTIC!!! Helped me out with adding my man on my plan to get rid of the garbage he had. She was so friendly and knowledgeable!! Hence the reason I've been with Cricket for over 10 years!!

I paid my bill to the Manager, on the screen it said I paid, corporate said I didn't. Suspended my service and made up excuses. I'm going to ask for all my money back

Ramero helped us so much with a return and upgraded our phones after we just purchased them from a different store and received misinformation and bought the wrong phones. We appreciated his help so much we will absolutely be referring friends to Cricket in the future!?

Sooo... been with Cricket for awhile. Was having major issues yesterday and today trying to login into my cricket account. After almost 3 hours on the phone today with Crickets customer support, I decided to hang up on them and just take it to the store. The reasons why they said it was not working was the most ignorant nonsensical crap I ever heard coming from tech support.Anyway... I walk in, and a really nice gentleman directed me to Beth. Yep, Beth is a rockstar! Within minutes she got it working. I told her what the tech support told me too, and she even said that their reasoning made no sense. Well, in the future if there is ever a problem again, I will just go into the store, no more phone tech support.I am super happy with this location. They are all super nice and know what they are doing. It's a rare thing to find good customer service anywhere anymore. Thanks Beth!
