Great selection and service! Sister and I stopped by to kill some time on our way somewhere else and walked out with a new pairs of boots and another pair on order. They didn’t have my big-foot size in the pair I wanted. so mine were ordered for delivery to my house in Ohio! My sister’s were sized, and steamed to fit while we waited. Great service! Thanks for our beautiful boots!

Went to get a cowboy hat reconditioned. I'm sure it will be great very knowledgeable. I had 1 hat just cleaned it looks brand new. I had my personal cowboy hat cleaned and stiffened. It took 3 times, so I was told. It looks just like it did when it was new, almost 30 years ago. Awesome job! Very pleased.

OUTSTANDING! Was just passing through, found this place by googling because I've been looking for a good pair of boots. I never could have expected to find such a gem of a store. Amazing stock of high quality products, and the person that helped me was so kind. This is my first pair of boots, he was so patient explaining everything to me, and even helped to reshape the pair I chose to fit perfectly. Can't recommend highly enough, wish I could give more stars.

I stopped in on 10-12-23 and the gentleman who helped me was very kind and knowledgeable. He did some reshaping and cleaned my Rands cowboy hat, very nice job. He also helped show me a Stetson hat that I'm interested in. He might be the owner or son of the owner. I am going back to buy that Stetson!!!
