I’m trying to buy something from them. I have some things that I’m very pleased with, high quality, and I want some more. However, they don’t answer the phone or return calls from messages. Are they still in business?Perhaps I can try the “Better Business Bureau” to see what they have to say.Wish me luck!

You charged my card for a purchase, never emailed me a receipt, never got the item, and then you scammed my friend out of the one she tried to order for me, too. Phone doesn’t answer, email is ignored. I’ve paid $25 for a belt buckle, and my friend paid $25 to get me one when you ignored me.

This company refuses to pay their bills. Beware they will tell you everything you want to hear over the phone but they will not respond nor will they PAY! 875.00 bucks as well. We did some electrical repair work for Bergamot Brass Works in December. Now, five months later, we are still trying to collect. They have never paid the invoice, despite our countless calls, reminders, etc. I feel that a "business" that operates in that manner deserves less than one star, but that wasnt an option!

I purchased a buckle from a store in Estes Park, Co and the part that goes in the hole in the belt broke off. The store did not want to help so I emailed the company. To say I received GREAT customer service would be an understatement. I received rapid response and a new buckle was in the mail that day. It is refreshing to still have great companies in the good ol' USA that still have that pride in their products.
