“I needed quick service to repair one of tires (I ran over a nail). The service team at Kunes Delavan was able to take my car that day without an appointment and had me back in the road within about 90 minutes. The waiting room was very nice so my wait was not an issue. I appreciate the quick work and excellent service. I’ll definitely be back in the future.”

“Took my wife's vehicle here for squeaky brakes. Got a call from them and they informed me that it was likely brake pads that had been worked on by the dealership. They informed me that they were new enough that any repair would likely be taken care of under warranty.
They were right.
I paid a reasonable fee for their time and was able to get the dealer that installed the brakes to replace them. I appreciate the honesty this company has and will continue to be a customer of theirs because of it.”
“The mechanic Tim did my brakes today and did a good job and finished quickly. He was very friendly and professional. My only complaint was some dude from corporate showed up and felt his time was more valuable than mine even though I pay his bills as a customer. The corporate guy kept interrupting all the mechanics while the customers waited causing longer wait times. Also you should never distract someone whos doing important work on a vehicle, mistakes can happen that way. Despite that Ill be back”
“I bought quite a few cars in my life but I never had the excellent service that I had at Kunes. They told me ahead of time what paperwork they would need, and when I got there we had everything and I kept handing them whatever they asked for I felt like a queen just sitting there while they did all the work. All I had to do was sign papers of course I had to hand them my ID and stuff but other than that, and they also found me the lowest insurance rate on my brand new car my old Insurance Company wanted to charge me more than my car payment and I said no thank you and Gabriel and Luigi found me the perfect insurance with everything I needed for about the same price I was paying for my old car. The staff at Kunes is fantastic and they are so easy to work with, thank you again for all your help in getting my new car. They are also transferring my Disabled License plates for me. I just can't say enough nice things about them.”
“These guys are great. They changed out a transmission on an older car for me that sat for some years. The car had some leaky lines that they took care of for me and let me know about some other concerns I hadn't yet discovered as this car gets back on the road. Great business!”

“Called F and F to get new tires for my wife 2013 Lincoln Navigator on short notice (weds). They were able to get, price match and install the tires I was interested in less than 2 days. I feel better knowing there are new tires on car before daughter takes SUV for longer weekend trip. Thank you also checking tire pressure in the spare tire! Recommend”

“Had a flat on the interstate and had the road hazard warranty at Walmart. Thankfully my flat occurred by this Walmart. Normally it does take time at Walmart auto centers but thankfully I pulled in when no one was in the bays and plenty of workers staffed. Got in and out in an 1 1/2 hrs. Got a new tire for free with the road hazard and paid for another so it would be even. Worker were extremely nice and professional. Works definitely recommend!”

“The folks at Kunes saved our Memorial Day weekend! As we drove away from our house for a three day weekend to visit with relatives across the state, I got a "trunk ajar" warning on my Ford Mustang dashboard. I pulled over to check it. The trunk was actually locked shut. Unable to open. A strap from a suitcase had got caught in the latch and there was no way to open it. When we arrived in Delavan I dropped my wife off at my in-laws and did a search for Ford dealerships. I called the first listing and they said "We're sorry, but we have sent all of our mechanics home for the Memorial Day Weekend. But they'll be back Tuesday." Here I am, 11am on a Saturday, with no way to get to our belongings (or prescriptions) and weekend plans ruined. I tried another listing - Kunes Ford Lincoln. Scott, a manager, answered saying they were open until 3pm. They had techs working on at least 8 different vehicles. I remembered I had heard about this dealership on The Bill Michaels radio show. I mentioned their service center was HUGE. They said it was a new addition and 1 of only 4 in the state with air conditioning. I spent some time looking at some beautiful new models on the showroom floor and waited about 20 minutes in a very nice, new lounge.BAM! Done! They fixed the problem on the jammed trunk door. They moved the suitcase that caused the problem and repacked the overloaded little trunk. And they washed the car! 20 minutes, VERY affordable, total professionals. Kunes has a new customer! I may plan visits to family in Delavan just to get my car serviced there.”
