We’ve been going to Advanced Auto in Delavan for several years. They are very professionally run and we have high confidence in their work. We dealt with Rob at the new facility this time and he did a great job of explaining the work we needed to do on our Mercedes and then coordinating everything.

Because of my past experience with AAC, I knew where to go when no one else could offer a solution. AAC doesn't give up when trying to find a solution that will fix your automotive problems. Their diagnostic system gives them a much better chance to discover what is happening with your car than anywhere I have ever been. The fact that they communicate with you every step of the way is very impressive. This allowed me to make the decision as to whether or not to move forward with the repair. My suggestion is, if you want a detailed answer to your problem, go to AAC.

Wow! What an amazing first experience I had today at Advanced Auto Clinic. I called because I had a nail in my tire. Heather said to bring the car over and they would squeeze me in. I thought I would have to wait around but they drove me home and picked me up once my tire was repaired. They also performed a very detailed 99 point inspection free of charge and notified me of a few things to keep an eye on with pictures to show exactly what they found. In addition, they left a cup with animal crackers in my cupholder with the card of my inspector (nice touch). I am so pleased with my experience today that I plan to use them for all my auto needs moving forward. Thannks AAC of Delavan for taking great care of me.

I'm sure you have driven past the new location of Advanced Auto Clinic (AAC) in Delavan. I have been a customer since I found them on Ann St. You know the saying pets are family, well they are, but so are my cars. I have been in customer service for over 30 years. I know what exceptional service is and I expect exceptional customer service. AAC exceeded my expectations. I had a problem with my Kia Soul (Maverick) this is the only place to take my baby. I dropped of my car. I wrote and front and back of the envelope explaining the problem to make a longer story long. It had a parasite draw on the battery, after a week they decided it was the radio. so not just the radio, my navigation, my car play, my function to use hands free, so everything!!! I they fixed the radio and continued to be available if I had any further problems. The parasite was sneaking and moved from the radio to other components.
AAC drove to my work to drop off a loaner for me. I I was extremely grateful, for the beyond excellent customer service. AAC had my car for the next 4 weeks. They wanted to make sure that got it right. They spent days and days of testing and hunting for the parasite draw. The first two weeks I was a nervous wreck. I drove to AAC several times after I got off work. They close at 5 I drove by 6:00, 6:30 and ever as late at 7 pm these hard-working guys are still there WORKING!! They even took the time to talk to me and reassure me they will get to the problem and explained in detail all the testing they did to find the problem. The vehicles in the garage are top notch cars, Porches, Corvettes and Audi's along with my Kia Soul. After week two I just settled into the loaner and was patient.
To make matters worse my husband's car had a check engine light on. I trust AAC so much I didn't even give it a second thought and brought my husband's car to AAC without even getting my Kia soul back. My husband's car was in and out within two days.
I finely got a text message that my vehicle was complete. I raced over after work after 5 they were still working. The final outcome was the electrical system was all haywire AAC spent 4 weeks pulling fuse by fuse to find the parasite draw. They let it sit for a few days and run it again. Then they checked it again. They put more time and manpower into MY car, just to make it safe and reliable I was astounded that a company would do that. Something like that has never happened to me before. Now that is what I call EXCELENT CUSTOMER SERVICE . They contacted every few days keeping me informed over the 4 weeks. I was never worried. I had a loner car to drive, and I knew my baby was in excellent hands.
If you think of your cars as family or you just need a safe and reliable ride to and from work, near or far, you need to take your cars to AAC. They will treat you and your cars like family!!!

Everyone at AAC has always been very helpful. Repair costs have always been very fair and all work and follow up has been thorough. I trust AAC and am adding my Tesla to be maintained and serviced there.

Friendly people and nice facility. Oil change took an hour and 15 minutes which is a bit longer than I would have liked. My coupon for a $47 oil change turned into $69 with the added shop materials charge which wasn’t disclosed on the offer. The extra quart of oil was disclosed which I was expecting. It would have been nice to know other mandatory charges were not included in the price.

I had my first opportunity to take my car into Advanced Auto here in the town of Delavan this week. It was impressive to say the least..
the service the courtesy, the communication has been outstanding. I got regular updates digitally on what they were working on, their findings, what the plan of action is and messages by phone about possible costs. Etc full service all the way! I highly recommend this new business in the town of Delavan.

Advanced Auto Clinic took care of my air conditioning problem. They are great people to work with and who let you know the status of your repair I appreciate the text updates more than phone calls.
They do very good thorough testing and work. The Technician, Paul, and Care Specialist, Rob, were great in completely looking over everything and texting the results.
