Good deals with monthly unlimited packages, especially with additional email discount codes. Typically, at least one of the vacuums is out of order unfortunately. They do have rags at the end to dry the water spots & will give you an airfreshener if you ask

They went above and beyond. We brought a very dirty truck in for a full detail, there was a staffing issue that day and the truck didn’t get the full amount of attention and was not cleaned to our liking. We called the manager and she made it right and had us bring it in to do a redo and offered coupons for future car washes. Many apologies from the staff and they made it right and detailed the truck and did a great job the second time around. They could’ve very well said sorry and do nothing to make it right but they went above and beyond. Very greatly appreciated.

Today, June 16th, 2024, Father's Day, I arrive @ the Delafield location EverWash car wash at 3:40PM. Their site says Sunday hours of operation are 8:00AM to 4:00 PM. As a customer you pre-pay for a service that is supposed to be rendered as described and during the hours of business that they have set. I tried to call to discuss but their voicemail is full. This is a fraudulent business practice that will be reported.

Absolute WASTE of money if you get the monthly deal. They seem to NEVER be open during business hours. Every time I go to get wash, it's closed for one reason or another. Canceled it & will never go back.

Very disappointed in the quality of the wash and even more so by the customer service.I bought a month pass and only used the wash twice. It's an old system with large mechanical rags and brushes that will definitely chip and scratch your vehicle. I have reached out via email and by phone on multiple occasions. The response from this site is absolutely non existent. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else!

Delafield car wash is the Worst car wash ever. Paid $20.00 for the premium wash and he didn't brush the fenders or wheels. Which is included in the wash . The person taking the cash was busy talking to someone else that he negotiated to do the prewash stuff. To top it off once you get through the wash and dryers on the way out you get sprayed with water that spots your car again. Won't be back . I would rather drive to the car wash in Oconomowoc. Wasted money$

Once again went for car wash and it was blocked. All doors wide open and sign out. Happens too often! Even closed when hours say Ooen.

Joselyn detailed my car last min Saturday and she did an amazing job, I didn’t except to get anything done last minute but she still took me in and got my car done quickly while only one other coworker was there.My car looks brand new and I will be recommending her to everyone I know.Services: Steam cleaning

Lackidasical and average. Came through with lots of bugs on the front of the vehicle after a cross country drive. I indicated as much and tipped; only got a cursory srub and many critter corpses remained. Please step up the customer service to match the excellent automation.

Awful, Awful, Awful. Everything about this place, from the staff, to the service, to the quality of outcomes of the car wash and detailing service is terrible. Avoid this place.My vehicle's driver side mirror cover was ruined by the car wash and the business would not do anything about reimbursing me. They did not return phone calls and were incredibly rude about the situation.

I went to VIOC car wash to get my mini van detailed, as I have two very busy and messy boys. Joselyn was very sweet, took the time to take everything out and clean my van with such attention to detail.She left me van cleaner than when I first bought it. She was very profesional and amazingly patient with my boys!!I will definitely be coming back to get all my vehicles cleaned here!!!!Services: Wheel washing
